Klasse!
Pros:

Bij aankomst troffen we een heel vriendelijke, vrolijke en service-gerichte receptioniste (Vanessa!), dat was meteen een fijne binnenkomer! Daarna bleek de kamer ook uitstekend te zijn met heerlijke bedden. Het ontbijtbuffet was qua omvang eerder een uitgebreid brunch/lunchbuffet. Kwalitatief meer dan uitstekend maar wel stevig aan de prijs.
De ligging van het hotel was uitstekend, zowat grenzend aan het park Meribell. Kortom, hotel Pitter is een een absolute aanrader!

Big rooms and top class hospitality
Pros:

Delux garden view room , room number 343. We had a wonderful stay at IMLAUER Hotel. The highlight was the exceptional service from the reception team, especially Gala and Richard, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their recommendations and thoughtful honeymoon surprise with a welcome note and chocolates made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms were spacious, very quiet, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was large, clean, and featured double sinks, while towels were refreshed daily. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, bus stops, Old Town, and shopping areas.

My only minor suggestion would be to provide additional toiletries such as hand lotion and body wash in the room by default rather than upon request. While the hotel is relatively expensive, the excellent service, comfort, and location made it a great stay.

Pros:

The location was perfect situated right between the central station and the main town and tourist spots. The employees were sincerely helpful and professional, and I was also able to buy the Salzburg Card at the hotel, which was a great start for the day. The hotel room was immaculate and there was a bathtub which was absolutely soothing after a long day of walking.

Cons:

The terrace and rooftop restaurant for breakfast didn't exactly oversee the Mirabell Gardens as it has marketed. The food and view was still great.
