Super Zentrale, prinzipiell sehr schöne Dachterasse

Cons:

Kellner in der Skybar extrem langsam, sehr schnell überfordert und in der Minderzahl für die Anzahl an Gästen. Lange Wartezeiten für die Getränke

Zimmer sehr geräumig; Lage des Hotels sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte von Schloss Mirabell entfernt. Ins Stadtzentrum ist es ebenfalls nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, auch konnten die Fenster nicht verdunkelt werden. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war äußerst schwach; auch wären Ablageflächen im Badezimmer sehr hilfreich.

Mamata on Reception desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to make our stay as happy as possible! She was both professional and friendly!
