A great introduction to Salzburg. We couldn't have asked for more.
Pros:

The buffet was outstanding, and the location was convenient for everything we did. The staff at the front desk was always helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Everything perfect for us
Pros:

Very comfortable room , bed and pillows. Hotel in a quite safe location of the new town but only a 10 - 15 min stroll to the old town.Helpful friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Honestly cant think of anything. Only negative was we didnt have an opportunity to sit in the garden because of the weather - hopefully next time.

Brilliant base to explore Salzburg in a really lovely hotel with great service.
Pros:

Separate family / villa building; really helpful staff and clean, modern and well designed interior. Fantastic breakfast!

Pros:

Great experience with the hotel. The beds and bathroom were perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very diverse, for all tastes and diets. Parking in the hotel backyard. The best impression, however, was made by the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Thank you 💕

Cons:

The only con is that the room had some fluffy carpet which sheds and keeps dust, so I had some (although very minor) nose irritation.

Erholung mit Altstadtflair in schöner Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet wie auf dem Bild. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist prima, Fussgängerzone nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss, historische Altstadt nur 10 Minuten. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Um die Ecke fährt die Buslinie 2 zum Hangar7.

Pros:

The beautiful suite, the Spa area and the excellent service and breakfast

Cons:

The toilet in the room was broken, water kept running. The staff did what hey could to solve it and were very attentive. It was unfortunate but manageable.

Pros:

Frühstück ist überragend

Cons:

Zimmer sind klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus und musste immer über den Hof in das Haupthaus. Es gab kein Fitnessraum. Der Preis ist zu hoch für das Angebot und die Ausstattung.

Cute little 4 star missing some core services
Pros:

Garden and a young female waitress that was particularly sweet and helpful during breakfast time, very attentive with my toddler.
The bar/ restaurant is cute

Cons:

Need to have concierge to help with luggage
Need to specify that they have two buildings as we had to move our luggage ourselves across the street to the other building
Room service not available to be sent to the room during weekends (lol) so I had to go and picked up the tray with my order and walk on the street, put tray on the ground to scan my card to access to the building and use stairs and then elevator...didn't feel very 4 star hotel
