Pros:

בתחילה לקחנו חדר זוגי רגיל. הוא היה זוועה, קטן ללא נוף. הצלחנו להחליפו תמורת סכום נוסף לא גדול לסוויטה קטנה שהיתה מאוד מרווחת עם נוף להרים. תמורה מטורפת יחסית לתוספת מחיר. ממליץ ללכת רק על חדרים כאלו (גם יותר חדשים)
הצוות מאוד שירותי, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. אכלנו פעם אחת ארוחת ערב שהיתה טעימה מאוד אבל לא זולה.

המיקום של המלון לא מאוד קרוב לזלצבורג, כרבע שעה נהיגה, ואין היצע של הסעדה באזור

Superschöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

sehr leckeres Abendessen in gemütlichem Ambiente. Tolles Frühstück im Garten. Der Blick vom Pool im 4. Stock direkt in die Berge ist umwerfend.

WE-Seminar, ziemlich enttäuscht

Das Zimmer war groß und schön, das Bad auch groß, leider kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden, kaum Warmwasser beim Duschen. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, hier war das Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, leider nur hier!

Cons:

Sehr schlechte Rezeption! Beim Check-in hat es viel zu lang gedauert, die Dame hatte wahrscheinlich weniger Erfahrung. Beim Check-out war eine sehr junge Dame, die nicht in der Lage war, die korrekte Rechnung für meine Firma zu schreiben, nervige Person, die mir erklärt hat, dass die Rechnungen so geschrieben werden in Österreich. Sie hatte keine Ahnung davon! Im Badezimmer gab es kaum Wasserdruck für warmes Wasser, es war kaum möglich, richtig zu duschen. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht und der Blick war eigentlich in Richtung Kirche und Friedhof, der Berg war viel zu weit, kaum zu sehen. Ich war bei einem WE-Seminar in diesem Hotel, die Räumlichkeiten war zu klein und eng.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Spabereich war nicht auf die Menge an Gästen ausgerichtet (wenig Liegen). Der Service in der Bar wurde vernachlässigt (andere Gäste wurden nicht bedient und sind ohne Bestellung gegangen).

Pros:

Schöne Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Personal häufig gestresst, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt etc. das Buffett wurde erst nach Bitten nachbestückt.
Leider dürfen Kinder nur in den ungeheizten, eisigen Aussenpool. Man konnte ihn dadurch nicht nutzen.
