Pros:

Best Holiday Inn we have been to in quite awhile! So clean, bed was awesome and the staff was so friendly! Specifically Sue what a sweetheart! Will be sure to stop again during our travels!

Best front desk clerk ever
Pros:

Hope this day was exceptional to completely to the front desk, clerk named Kaitlyn. She went above and beyond more than any other holiday employee I’ve ever met. We had special needs with my husband, and she worked tirelessly to find just the exact room and the proper accommodations. This is a beautiful property. Very easy to access from the interstate. And I plan to return.

Pros:

The CLEANEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Denise was a joy to see in the mornings!

Great Room, Clean, Comfortable Bed, plenty of parking
Pros:

Very comfortable, free parking and plenty of it. We love IHG. we love a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. Mattress was very comfortable, great pillows with multiple options. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Room was as expected. Fast internet.

price was a little high

If I had received the room I reserved, the experience would have been fantastic.

The location was good, facilities were clean, and breakfast was well stocked.

Cons:

I booked a standard with the option of a 2 queen or 1 king room. They gave me a 1 queen with a roll-a-way bed in a handicap room. They wouldn’t relent, provide a discount, or acknowledge they weren’t giving me what I reserved. They said a manager would call me. I checked in 3 times, never spoke with one and no one ever called.

Friendly, clean, easy!
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family and had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and competent.

We especially loved Darla who ran the breakfast <3

Overall, it was not a bad stay at all besides a little bit overpriced.
Pros:

The layout was very easy to navigate. Easy to find parking.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. Originally when we walked in, it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. As the night went on, it progressed to something just odd that was hard to describe. But manageable.
