Good location. Clean. Breakfast was very good.
I would like to compliment Sue and Darla that provided breakfast. They were so nice and kind and attentive. I enjoyed seeing their bright, smiling faces the mornings I was there, and enjoyed talking with them.

We had a great experience. Jeslynn was especially gracious. She welcomed us as members, recommended dining, gave us great instructions for breakfast and checkout. Jeslynn made us feel welcomed.

We arrived with no reservations and Katelyn was wonderful in checking us in and getting us situated with a great attitude. And next morning Gabby showed us the same wonderful attitude. We did get to enjoy breakfast and Darla and Denise were absolutely amazing and extremely attentive to all our needs. From all hotels we have visited this one is by far one of the best staff and room was very clean and beds were so comfortable we had best rest! My family and I travel to Bowling Green every year to visit family. This was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express. Location is excellent. Starting with the reception, Katelyn and Nesha were super friendly, so helpful and welcoming. The lobby is clean and neat. They have coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate 24hrs. The breakfast although simple is very filling. You get a variety in either bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs or omelets, they have a pancake machine and variety of juices. But the yummiest was the cinnamon muffins. And absolutely everyone I came across that works there is very friendly and helpful. I found out the manager brings in flowers to decorate the breakfast tables and that shows that they care. The rooms were clean and beds are comfy. We even used the pool for a day and it's clean and a nice addition in the hot summer weather, especially when traveling with children. We truly enjoyed our stay and probably will be coming back since we visit every year.

Very clean! The reviews I read that made me pick this hotel were spot on! The staff seemed like they ALL liked their jobs! Super friendly and helpful! Ladies at breakfast never stopped wiping things down, removing our plates from our table, and asking if there was anything else they could do for us. The front desk ladies recommended a local restaurant and it was great! Im really impressed with this hotel and definitely recommend it. Again very clean!

Friendly staff and very well-maintained property; also a great breakfast!

The staff person that checked us in was delightful. The two ladies that were in charge of breakfast were wonderful as well. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows.

Hands down the best Holiday Inn I get to stay at. The staff is beyond compare at any place else. Dervis and Katelyn always take amazing care of me. I will name a couple of the amazing team when I will be there next week!

Very nice hotel. I stay at several different hotels in the Midwest and will say that this hotel has the friendliest staff off all of them, which is why I always stay here when I come to Bowling Green.

We were traveling with basketball and our group had 11, 11 year old boys. The staff was very kind to them ❤️

Everything was excellent! Customer service was amazing! Dervise was on staff and he worked the front desk...most respectful young man...Customer service was perfect! We need more people in the world 🌎 like him..definitely coming back!!!

Making my pilgrimage back home from Michigan again and stayed here for the third time!! The first time I ever stayed, there was a hiccup with my days aince I accidentally booked price line… katelyn helped sort it out for me and rebooked me thru ihg which was a big help. That was 2 years ago and I’m back for my 3rd trip. And I will be back again!! It’s clean. Staff go above and beyond. Breakfast is delicious. I have nothing bad TJ say. I WILL be back!!
