El hotel bien pero no recomiendo el desayuno
Pros:

El contacto previo a la estadía fue fluído y útil via WhatsApp. El personal de front desk fué muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno incluído era muy básico y el personal poco atento. Para el café solicité leche en lugar del creamer y la mesera me dijo de mala gana que tenía que pagar un dólar adicional para la leche ¡?¡?
El dormitirio era grande pero la ventana mínima

Rosalyn is super nice and welcoming. Very responsive. All the staff were great
Cafe on the premises was lovely, and I appreciated being able to sit at the cafe and by the pool before checking in and after checking out of the room

Cons:

Kitchen in the room lacked some basic cooking implements and was not very useful for cooking.
Also wifi in our room was spotty.
Parking spaces are a bit tight, but ok as long as you have a small car.

Pros:

Excelente apart para ir con vehículo alquilado, ya que sin él, se complica. Desde allí, en auto, estas en pocos minutos en las principales playas, aeropuerto, estación de cruceros, centro con paseo gratuito en tranvía, etc.
Mención especial para la recepcionista Rosaline y para la camarera Judy, muy atentas y eficientes.
Nos tocó estrenar un ala del complejo que estaba impecable, y decorada con buen gusto.

The people at the hotel are amazing. Very kind and helpful. We had a great experience!
Pros:

The property is small, but very well kept. Beautiful pool and gardens. Extremely peaceful. Clean accommodations, with the perfect amount of space for our family. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower are nice.

The couch and chair in the living room of our unit were not very comfortable.
