The location was a bit outside of the downtown district, but still within minutes and easy to reach. The breakfast was a nice surprise. even the cafetaria inside the hotel itself was like a hidden gem with a nice atmosphere
If they'd explain about the hidden gem- cafetaria they had, from the moment of check-in, would've been nice. and it wouldve been in their benefit as well.

If you are a person of color, especially a Black woman, I strongly urge you to avoid this RH hotel in Aruba.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. Basic requests like towels, napkins, or extra items at the restaurant were either denied or made unnecessarily difficult.
What stood out the most was the clear discrimination and colorism. We were told we couldn’t wear bikinis, while other guests including white guests were allowed to walk around shirtless or even nude without any issue. The rules were not applied equally, and it felt extremely unfair and targeted.
The hotel itself was also very disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not match what was advertised. We were told certain essentials like soap and paper towels were included, but then had to go buy them ourselves. Even something as simple as cleaning a spill was difficult due to lack of basic supplies. The furniture was unstable, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the manager was disrespectful and unprofessional, speaking to us in a demeaning way and creating unnecessary conflict over small things.
Overall, this place is unclean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Do not waste your money.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and offered great tips of places to visit during our trip. The room was quite spacious, with two separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom, which was convenient for us as there were three of us. The room was modern, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed having the freedom to park safely at any time. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times and the food was great. We would definitely stay here again!
There two minor things that were a bit uncomfortable about the room: One, both bathrooms had a glass door that seemed to have been placed backwards, meaning you could see into the bathroom from the room and see the person using it. As our group was made up of close friends, we managed this by avoiding glancing into the bathroom when someone was inside it, but it was definitely weird. And two, the temperature of the water in the showers seemed to be strangely calibrated: one bathroom had scolding water and the other was barely lukewarm. We took quick showers and chose whatever bathroom had the temperature closer to our preference, so this wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Es un sitio maravilloso, donde hay paz y tranquilidad, las habitaciones son súper amplias, limpias, la atención de todo el personal, el patio para desayunar es bellísimo, los desayunos exquisitos, la Sra Juana y Sharo tienen una excelente atención, igualmente la Sra Kary, Gracias a todos. Cuíden los gatitos hermosos. Los volveré a visitar en el nombre de Dios🫶🏼🙏🏻

Everything. It was modern, very clean and everyone was so nice and accommodating. They had a small restaurant that made a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely go back.
