An excellent port in a storm
Pros:

A last-minute booking after losing electric during the ice storm. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Every single person I interacted with over the course of a 2-day stay, from the manager at the desk to the dining room and cleaning staff were cheery and helpful. The substantial breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling... no braving sub-freezing temps to get a meal! Thank you, Drury Inn Bowling Green KY. You really stepped up.

This was our first experience with the Drury Hotel brand. It was a good choice.
Pros:

We arrived too late for dinner but had breakfast. It was tasty.

Cons:

The $50 pet fee for one night. I knew to expect a fee, but $50 was a bit much.

Enjoyed my stay and thought it was a good value. The location was good.

I would most likely stay again, but may not be my first choice if I found something more affordable.
Pros:

Great location right off the interstate. We got in late the first night and the front desk staff was very kind and polite. Great customer service.

Cons:

There was only one working elevator, although we then used the stairs for the most part. First night there was a weird smell in the room, which seemed to resolve the second night. The coffee at breakfast was NOT good.

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Close to restaurants and other activities. Our room was right by an elevator on the third floor, but there was no noise whatsoever. Super clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We wish the pillows would have been a little firmer. And that the mini frig would have had a small top freezer to put ice blocks in.

If we could have just stayed at the hotel, it would have been the perfect stay.
Pros:

It was extremely good. The evening snack/relaxation had a good mix of food.

Cons:

Was disappointed that the lobby elevator was out of service, but that can happen anywhere.
