Not our usual Drury experience
Pros:

Generally the staff is excellent. The food is acceptable. The rooms are clean. It is convenient to the interstate We usually have an excellent experience.

Cons:

Rooms were $100 more a night because of a local event. They couldn’t or wouldn’t honor our reservation that was confirmed Tried to tell us the room we booked didn’t exist. Then gave us different room. Questioned if we really needed disability amenities. Read us their policies as if we were children. We stay there 2 to 4 times a year. Read our room number out loud for everyone in lobby to hear. We are avid supporters of Drury Inns. The worst issue was not getting the room we booked and was confirmed. The other things just added fuel.

This is a great location for going to the Corvette museum and factory.
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Barbeque and drinks nice. Breakfast good except need some gluten free options and low sugar yogurt.

Cons:

Lots of road noise. Maybe add a noise making machine.

Breakfast and evening kickback. Staff was super friendly, pool and hot tub area clean, and location close to the caves, museums, distilleries that we came to visit. Our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent ratings all across the board. General Mgr Mackenzie and staff do a great job.
