Pros:

We loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness. We also love the kickback at 5:30!! We try to stay at a Drury Inn when we travel. The breakfast is also excellent.

Still Wonderful
Pros:

I love the staff this time at this stay. The first goes. This is always my to go to hotel when I'm in bowling, green with my family always nice

Cons:

Well, this time I could not get that comfortable because the heat was not working in our room. I am chronic anemic, I just cannot be cold. They supplied me with 3 extra blankets but as we were checking out on our fourth day they had the HVAC Guys there ready to work.

Yes, we would stay here again and next time let the hotel know about the issues we had.
Pros:

The room was great and the happy hour drinks and food were very good. It was a treat to have popcorn. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The hallway carpet could use some cleaning as this is the first thing you see on the way to your room. We also had issues with ringing from the air conditioner that went on and off our entire stay. I did let the hotel know that room 108 should be checked out.

I will never use the online service again.
Cons:

I did not stay. When I got there, there was no room for me and they had no rooms available. They did not have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number. After we checked in to a different hotel, I got a confirmation from Drury Inn. I called them and they said I did not have a reservation. I had better not be charged for this!!!

Drury probably the best hotel experience we've had. Everyrime we go it clean and nice staff
