Hyatt Place Aruba Airport

Good:
Hotel is in a good location if you need proximity to the airport, literally a 5 min walk. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and had good variety. Rooms were very clean.

Bad:
Hotel is a bit outdated, TV doesn't connect to the wifi or allow for screen sharing, parking is $12 a day but they don't disclose this to you until you get there, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor but there are no signs or people on the ground floor to let you know this when you arrive which can leave you frustrated and stranded. The carpets also have a bit of a smell and you can hear the planes when they are taking off.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Aruba last week. The staff were welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient and the pool area is relaxing. Highly recommended!

We were there for one night and it was not a great experience. The room was ok but we didn't like that we were charged one day before we came. The restaurant was very limited, looked a cafe menu card with very little choice. We asked why there was so little choice and the waitress said it was because of the low season. So guests who come at low season don't get the experience like the guests at high season? That's ridiculous because it was still very busy on the island,even in the low season!

The hotel is gorgeous and modern. The room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

We wished our stay had been better but alas it was not. Bedding, towels and glass were clean at the very least and that i can live with for one night. The rest… crumbs all over the floor, entry cabinet reeked of urine, hair and more crumbs on the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was subpar, restaurant is meh, bar is all low shelf and no top shelf. For a place to stay at for one night for zero stress to get to your flight the next day it will do. I would not stay for my entire holiday in Aruba here; it’s far from any of the beaches you would want to visit or even the strip. The closest beach(a really sad one at that) is a 20$ taxi ride away (8 minutes). Any beach worth going to is going to be about a 20 min ride away and 35$.

Close to airport and my place if work

I liked that this hotel was close to the airport, affordable, clean and they offered breakfast. I did not like that the breakfast was barely edible, there was nothing to do within walking distance, there was no entertainment in the hotel and one night they ran out of the fries that went with my order and they never refunded me or tried to give me the fries. I did like that they provided a free shuttle to downtown and the beach but you had to schedule it the day before.

The hotel was nice. Solo traveler. The only downside is you would have to taxi to far places. The hotel shuttle will take you to Eagle beach and downtown shopping area. The staff was very nice!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The only small drawback was a slight smell in the room, but it wasn’t strong enough to take away from the overall experience. Everything else more than made up for it, and I would still recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again.

Convenient location right next to the airport. Perfect if you plan to rent a car and tour the island during your visit. Staff at the front desk was amazing. The cleaning staff could do a better job.
