Pros:

Wir sind eigentlich immer wenn wir in Salzburg sind im Wyndham, und haben anscheinend bis jetzt immer Glück gehabt. Wir buchen immer eine Junior Suite und jetzt wissen wir das diese erst ab dem 4 Stock zu empfehlen sind. Leider hatten wir diesmal ein Zimmer im 3 Stock und das Bett war für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Vielleicht 1,60 breit. Wir hatten beide leider nicht viel geschlafen, immer wenn man sich umdrehte wurde der andere wach und musste sich notgedrungen auch mit umdrehen. Ich denke wir werden keine Junior Suite mehr buchen, das ist mir den Preis nicht wert wenn ich dann nicht schlafen kann. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch diesmal zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war verkalkt und an den Fenstern waren von den vorherigen Gästen grosse Fettflecken zu sehen.

Pros:

very convenient location next to the hauptbahnhof, the surrounding neighbourhood is not the best but bus connection to old town is very convenient, east and quick. rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Staff is very helpful.

Cons:

the spa is only a pool and a sauna. there could be more.

Great stay , great barman!
Pros:

Great stay at the Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

A special mention goes to the barman, Lambros!! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made excellent cocktails. His great attitude and hospitality made the evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. He truly adds something special to the guest experience.

Wonderful staff and good location close to main train station
Pros:

All the staff were wonderful! Facilities were excellent. Business suite was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location.

A little noise from outside when the bar closed.

Disappointed
Cons:

We were sorry to find a pool that is described as „heated“ but actually the water was very very cold, also no furniture around as to sit or lay down for a moment, especially with children. The water was far below 26-29C. We were very disappointed with this issue because we decided to choose this hotel in Salzburg mainly because of the pool as a plus but it appeared to be a minus. Really sorry to come and be your guests.
