Pros:

Good hotel, comfortable stay....Bartender was very warm and hospitable guy.... The bar was a great place to spend a chill laid back evening with good food and dessert options

Very poor house keeping and customer service.
Cons:

Poor house keeping. Completely empty body wash and hand wash. We found more than ten fruit flies in the room. We told the staff, but he just said housekeeping only works in the morning and did nothing to help us.

Pros:

I had an exam in Salzburg and booked this hotel, and honestly, I didn’t regret it at all The hotel is very close to the train station, which makes getting around much easier, especially if you’re planning to visit several cities in Austria without having to rely on taxis

I really enjoyed my stay Everything was beautiful, clean, well-organized, and comfortable The staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always available to help whenever needed. The hotel facilities were also very nice I especially enjoyed the lobby and bar areas, which were simple, comfortable, and relaxing The restaurant was also great, and the food was delicious

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is not located directly in the city center It’s around a 25-minute walk from the center, but overall, this was not a major issue for me

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bestellt haben wir für beide Zimmer ein großes Bett - waren allerdings 2
Temperatur im Zimmer konnte mit der Klimaanlage nicht gefixt werden
Zuordnung der Radisson Punkte wurde nicht gemacht

Exceptional staff and hospitality! Location is convenient and 24hrs gym and pool facility was very useful

Cons:

some rooms like ours didnt hv a good view and in fact ours overlooked a building under construction but this would be temporary.
