Drinking Water was complimentary only on the first day. The Assistant Manager was not accomodating unlike the other staff in the front desk.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir von 10:00 a 20:00 nicht im Zimmer waren. Am Abend hat es nur eine kleine Entschuldigung gegeben (auch nur weil ich neue Tücher wollte). Als Member von Radisson erwarte ich da etwas mehr. Z.B ein Freigetränk oder ein einmaliger Zugang zur Lounge.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Salzburg. The hotel is set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while still being easy to get around using Uber or other transport when needed.
The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist with any request. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and welcoming.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Salzburg, and we would happily stay again in the future.
The pool area was not well maintained.
Location
The location of the hotel was convenient, but my overall stay was very disappointing.
At check-in, the hotel could not properly find my reservation under my booking name, which made the arrival process unnecessarily stressful. Even worse, although I had already paid through Booking.com, the staff initially asked me to pay again. I had to show my Booking.com payment confirmation, and only after the staff checked and took a photo of it did they charge me only the local taxes. If I had not carefully checked the payment details myself, I could have been charged twice.
In addition, while other guests seemed to receive the Guest Mobility Ticket at check-in, I was not given one. I only received it the next day after I personally asked the front desk. This should have been provided proactively and clearly explained at check-in.
The bathroom drain was also badly clogged, and the water did not drain properly. Overall, the room and facilities did not feel well maintained.
I expected a much better level of service, accuracy, and quality from a Radisson Blu hotel. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet that standard, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are seriously improved.

The hotel was in a great location for accessing the Salzburg train station. It was also within walking distance of the Old Town and other tourist sites, but it was just far enough that I needed to plan our excursions to avoid walking back to the hotel in the middle of the day. We were able to store our luggage until check-in, and the gentleman that checked us in upgraded our stay to include breakfast the following morning.
A lot of the nearby area is under construction or looks a little rough at the moment.
