Pros:

The location was quite good, but other facilities are poor.
I requested a non smoking room while i got a very smelly room, I requested to change but most of them are the same as the smoke smells in corridor's.
The room lighting is poor, cleanness not adequate.
Breakfast is moderate to poor with a little choices.
Doesn't deserve the 4 stars.

Pros:

I liked everything about this place. The location is great, walking distance from a park. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants close by. The restaurants inside the hotel are very good as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The front desk is always ready to assist.

Fantastic staff, food was really nice and overall stay was better than expected.
Pros:

Overall service was fantastic. Staff were very attentive and helped the family with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend especially if with family. A big thank you to Robin and Nahid in the restaurant who were amazing to us.

Cons:

Mosquitos but that’s not the hotels fault. I would say it would be helpful if they provided something g to repels mosquitos if needed.

Good value for money hotel with all good facilities expected of a hotel of that level
Pros:

Lovely breakfast options . Close to places I needed to be and also takes less than half an hour to the airport.

Cons:

I stayed for a day and a half . But I feel the property is quite accommodating and nice helpful staff.
