Worst hotel, you will sleep with cockroaches.
Pros:

The exterior

Cons:

The rooms are nothing like in the pictures, they are full of cockroaches. We were sleeping and my boyfriend felt something in his ear, it was a cockroach. For the price of the night you would expect the minimum of cleanness and maintenance.

Un lugar para soñar
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito y espacioso. Tuvimos que salir temprano y por eso nos ofrecieron el desayuno fuera del horario regular. Muy amables!

Cons:

Dicen que son un lugar donde se debería respetar la tranquilidad. Desafortunadamente había huéspedes ruidosos hablando muy duro por las mañanas en el hall y frente a los cuartos. Recomiendo que el hotel actúe y les pida que respeten la tranquilidad que ofrece el hotel.

Overall it was fine, there are better places to stay in Villa de Leyva.
Pros:

The location is great, it’s away from the main town and in nature which is great for a getaway. Loved the jacuzzi and pool.

Cons:

The first night we ordered some food from the restaurant, it was over an hour wait and was delivered to the hotel, same with the next night. We ordered burgers that were delivered to the hotel and then microwaved and put on a plate? We wish they had been transparent and let us know they will be ordering the food from outside and getting it delivered to us. We had to inform the staff twice of low water pressure in our room, both times they corrected it right away, but wish as guests we didn’t have to do that.

Excelente opción para ir en familia y mascota a Villa de Leyva y descansar. Lo recomiendo Mucho.

Pros:

La habitación pese a tener algunos insectos estaba tranquila para descansar, algunos integrantes del staff del hotel eran cordiales pero otros no mucho, así que valoro al chico que nos recibió en la noche y el muchacho de la recepción.

Cons:

La ubicación es super lejos del pueblo, carretera incomoda y mas cuando llueve, la piscina estaba sucia al igual que el jacuzzi, el desayuno es lo mismo siempre y si quieres algo mas es adicional y bastante caro para la calidad, pedí un caldo (adicional) y estaba super grasoso, al igual que un café y el sabor terrible. Habían varios insectos en la habitación.

Fin de semana perfecto
Pros:

Todo muy bonito y el servicio del personal es excelente, son muy amables

Cons:

Es un poco retirado y la vía no es la mejor, íbamos en moto y nos caímos, pero el personal del hotel nos ayudó mucho limpiando la moto y las cosas
