El hotel es muy bueno y nuestra habitación era excelente!!
El restaurante de primera, con platos gourmet y excelente atención. Pero lo más importante a destacar fue la atención de todo el personal y su calidad humana. Especialmente Lorena, Jimmy y Freddy. Los mozos del restaurante excelentes todos (lamento no recordar más nombres). Realmente una excelente experiencia.

Tudo muito limpo, funcionarios atenciosos, restaurante com um cardápio e comida maravilhosa, café da manhã farto e com muita variedade, e de bônus uma linda vista para o Lago e lindo por do sol.

What an experience and I was only buying a GNT?!
Paul the bar man was brilliant. Bought the glass/ice over separately, offered a taste from the shot glass of the local gin and then poured the tonic in with a magic trick I’ve never seen before!! A credit to the profession and the hotel!

The hotel is spacious with lovely staff and cozy fireplaces. The view from my room was spectacular looking to the lake Titikaka. Sunrise was phenomenal. The service is excellent and food quality and presentation, great.
The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want.
Hotel is outside of town and you need a taxi to go there.
2 reasons why I gave it 4 starts:
Rooms are dated, they need to be renovated, carpets, upholstery, bathrooms…. Everything including the coffee maker. They have a teakettle, not acceptable for the coffee lovers.
The bathroom had a vinyl shower curtain that I hadn’t seen in years, the tub had a roll on mat to avoid slipping and the water basket was also an antique plastic thing. They had all the amenities expected but certainly not a 5 starts bathroom.
We went for breakfast at 8 o clock on our last day, and the buffet table was a bit disorganized, cereal mountains were under the dispensers and in general looked untidy.
Maybe this is the only 5 starts hotel in this region but certainly a renovation is needed.

Service - Jesus, one of the wait staff, was very personable, pleasant, professional, and had a great memory for what I had ordered the day before. Jesus is an asset to your hotel and is definitely a keeper!

The hotel rooms and aspects of the common areas are very dated and really need a refresh. This would very much return this hotel to its former glory.

That said, the hotel was super clean, the beds comfortable with quality bedding, they had robes, tea and coffee making facilities and the most spectacular views of the lake.

The food was good and the staff were super helpful.

The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had an unexpected airline change and late check out only goes until 12pm unless you pay extra. However, we were able to stay in the hotel until our shuttle to the airport arrived. The hotel is rather secluded and if you need anything (like medicine) it is a taxi ride and the taxi situation in Puno is not as accommodating as other tourist cities. There is not a small store with necessities or snacks on site. The restaurant was good but busy in the morning. Everyone seems to be leaving at the same time. Dinner was good. The service at dinner was excellent. Hostess and waiters were incredibly attentive. We were served by David one evening and he anticipated our needs before we did.

Beautiful lake views to the Uros islands & very friendly, helpful staff. Property is a little isolated and not walkable to much and the room furnishings are in need of upgrade. This is still an excellent choice for visiting the Uros and Puno and the hotel has its own dock, which is very convenient.

Lage und Personal Top. Die Zimmer bedürfen einer Renovation ansonsten wird das Hotel über kurz oder lang Buchungsprobleme bekommen. Resp. hat es wahrscheinlich schon, denn nur so können die vielen Gruppen erklärt werden.
Der Spa ist auch nicht Zeitgemäss und im Fitness finden wir Total überalterte Geräte.
Daher für mich nicht mehr 5 Sterne gerecht.
