Beautiful lake views & a comfortable stay
Pros:

The view of Lake Titicaca from our room was fantastic. The amenities in the room were very good too. They had a kettle too which was very useful. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little small. The carpet & bathroom need an uplift.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite mit gigantisch schönem Ausblick auf den See bekommen. Das Frühstück inkl. des Frühstücksraum ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Bett ist super bequem.
Preis- Leistung in unserem Fall überragend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage auf einer privaten Insel ist sehr schön, aber man sich beispielsweise keine Uber zum Hotel rufen. Man muss dafür das Gelände verlassen, dann geht es. Fahrten zum Hotel sind jedoch möglich. Das Wifi ist sehr schlecht.

Lo que no funcionó bien fue la ventilación en el cuarto. No se podía regular la temperatura del aire y hacía demasiado calor.

A bit isolated but great lake views
Pros:

Yes the hotel feels a bit old but the staff attention is great like in most of Peru, the view on the lake is incredible, the possibility to take a walk on isla Esteves, meet and chat with ornithologists, meet the local fox and cuys, everything was great. Good service at the restaurant which is important as you won’t feel like taking a cab to go in the center for diner..

Absolutely fabulous hotel on a small peninsula into Lake Titicaca. Our room had a fantastic view of a portion of the lake and of the city of Puno. For a 5 star hotel, the rooms are just good enough. I wouldn't call them luxurious, but...the staff are exceptional, the breakfast was really, really good and the lobby bar, facilities and the environment were great. We ended up booking two rooms last minute because our son was sick and we didn't think staying on the Uros Islands would be a good idea for him. The hotel ended up helping us book a day tour to the Uros islands that was great and a better value than we could find elsewhere. Let me say again - the staff here are exceptional...from check-in to the bell-hop to the bar tender to the breakfast staff - they are really fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing - would absolutely stay here again.
