We arrived at Titicaca and were very hungry after traveling all day. We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the appetizers, salad and ravioli entree were. Most of all, Jesus, our waiter, was very kind and knowledgeable! He is adorable and treated us with much respect. We will be back tomorrow night. We are gracious ❤️

This hotel is a gem. The views from the rooms is outstanding to the point that you wish you c I understood stay a few more days to take advantage of this magnificent hotel. So much for the building, the rooms with very special mattresses and sheets that make you get your zzzzz's quickly and the location. Now, the staff is outstanding. I was at the restaurant at a table with a couple who mentioned it was their anniversary. I secretly talked to Eduardo and Anastasio, and with the typical kindness of the Peruvians, they immediately said they could make a surprise happen. By the time we finished dinner, they came out with an beautiful cake that made the couple's sadness from being away from home vanish, and now treasure the moments shared with new friends. It is definitely the staff that give us an exceptional experience. Thank you!

The stay here was lovely. The staff here are lovely and very helpful. Great view over Titicaca. David who served us at evening dinner was great, attentive and looked after us very well. Does get cold in communal areas but mindful of where we are!

More than perfect- they upgraded our room for free and hosted us so well!

One of the best places to stay in Puno. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

The staff were superb throughout – friendly, professional and genuinely accommodating. We were even upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. When I became unwell during our stay, the team were incredibly helpful and supportive, which was greatly appreciated.

The setting is spectacular. The views across Lake Titicaca are outstanding and the sunrise was almost heartbreaking in its beauty. Being away from the town also makes it a peaceful haven, and the birdwatching around the hotel was excellent.

The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice, and the hotel bar served one of the best pisco sours we had during our time in Peru. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the room was well equipped with quality toiletries, robes, towels and bedding.

We also enjoyed the wellness facilities, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi. There was a noisy party in another guest room one evening, but staff dealt with it quickly and effectively when we raised the issue

Location and service!

This is certainly the best place to stay in Puno at around. It’s not in the center, but ten minutes away (US$5) by taxi. The rooms are nice, very clean and well maintained. For some logistical reasons, we staid both sides and preferred the east side. The breakfast is awesome, the service exceptional, notably Milagros, who was always ready to assist us at any time of the day (even to order a reliable taxi when we were in town).

Die Lage ist einzigartig für Puno, weg vom Trubel der Stadt selbst. Ausflugsboot kann direkt im Hotel gebucht werden und fährt vom hauseigenen Steg ab. Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr gut, auch die Bar ist ganz nett. Freundliches Personal. Rundweg auf der Insel möglich, man kann Vögel und Alpakas beobachten, auch der Andenfuchs wurde gesehen.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden. Daarbij was het ontbijt ontzettend goed en uitgebreid.
