Absolutely fabulous hotel on a small peninsula into Lake Titicaca. Our room had a fantastic view of a portion of the lake and of the city of Puno. For a 5 star hotel, the rooms are just good enough. I wouldn't call them luxurious, but...the staff are exceptional, the breakfast was really, really good and the lobby bar, facilities and the environment were great. We ended up booking two rooms last minute because our son was sick and we didn't think staying on the Uros Islands would be a good idea for him. The hotel ended up helping us book a day tour to the Uros islands that was great and a better value than we could find elsewhere. Let me say again - the staff here are exceptional...from check-in to the bell-hop to the bar tender to the breakfast staff - they are really fantastic.
Nothing - would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a great property that feels just a little dated with a few thoughtful updates, it could easily become a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with incredible sunrise views over the lake. The restaurant is excellent, and overall we had a truly lovely stay.
I have honestly never seen such an old hairdryer in my life! Definitely bring your own, as the one provided takes forever to dry your hair (and I am a man!). The pillows could also be better: they felt a little too flat and empty for my liking, although of course that comes down to personal preference.

La vista incredibile sul lago visibile dalla stanza, colazione molto variegata e abbondante e presenza del biliardo a disposizione degli ospiti nella hall.
La camera (moquette e arredi) non è al livello di un 5 stelle. Abbastanza pulito ma nel bagno alcuni segni di muffa. L’acqua nelle bottiglie da refilare non è mai stata riempita dopo il primo giorno e non erano presenti le ciabatte a disposizione per gli ospiti. Nel complesso un soggiorno ok (qualità 4 stelle, sicuramente non 5).
L'hotel è strategicamente posizionato in riva al lago, offrendo una vista mozzafiato! L'ambiente è accogliente, confortevole e pulito. Il ristorante è ottimo
Il bagno presenta finiture datate e il sistema di riscaldamento è caratterizzato da una ventola un po' rumorosa.
Bella la vista in camera
Struttura vecchia, assolutamente non un 5 stelle. È più che altro un 3 stelle di qualità attempato. Tutti i servizi e cibo nella struttura sono overpriced. È lontano dal centro e non arrivano gli uber, bisogna sempre passare da taxi chiamati dall hotel stesso che però costano il doppio di uber per la stessa tratta.

From German and David on reception who upgraded us to a suite on arrival without a request to the gentleman on the door to the restaurant staff, everyone was impeccably presented and balanced friendly professional perfectly. The suite was of generous proportions and split into two with all he area and a bedroom en-suite area. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. What’s not to like about croissants filled with strawberries and cream. All in a good stay and would definitely use again in in the area.
