Cômodos ótimos, mas no checkout foi triste!
Pros:

Tem uma vista linda do Lago Titicaca, e da Comunidade Urus.
Ótimo quarto com camas grandes e confortáveis!

Cons:

Infelizmente no checkout teve uma ocorrência que nos deixou triste!
Disponibilizam nos quartos algumas garrafas de vidro de águas free. No nosso quarto tinham somente 2 dessas garrafas. E no checkout vieram nos cobrar a retirada do quarto de uma garrafa, alegando que eram 3 (três), nos cobrando $20 (dólares) por essa garrafa. Triste situação, pois foi algo injusto. Paguei logo, pois em outros país, não quis criar confusão. E podia ser 5 dolares ou 100 dólares, a sensaçao seria o mesmo.
Então isso manchou a percepção do hotel, pois não parece ser um caso isolado.

Estava indo tudo ótimo, até chegar o checkout!

Cons:

Estava indo tudo bem, até chegar o último dia. Oferecem água grátis no quarto. Quando chegamos tinha duas dessas garrafas, uma na mesinha no quarto e outra no banheiro. Contudo no checkout me cobraram como se deveriam ter 3, e como se eu tivesse tirado uma e me cobraram 20 dólares por uma garrafa. Vi que é uma prática comum. Então a experiência que estava ótima, foi manchada por esta prática.

Bei normaler Wohntemperatur wäre es das perfekte Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend mit einem tollen Blick auf den Titicaca-See. Das Personal ist immer und überall sehr freundlich, dienstfreudig und hilfsbereit. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist eiskalt, vermutlich aufgrund schlechter Isolierung. Geschätzt lag die Innen-Temperatur bei höchstens 16 Grad… Im Restaurant saßen die Gäste in Daunen-Jacken beim Essen, die Bar war nur spärlich besucht, weil es zu kalt zum Sitzen war. Die Kamine wurden zwar befeuert, waren aber nur Optik und hatten keine Heizkraft, selbst dann nicht, wenn man direkt davor stand. In unseren Zimmern lief die Heizung durchgängig auf Maximal-Temperatur, allerdings funktionierte in einem unserer Zimmer die Heizung nicht.

Un lindo sitio
Pros:

El paisaje sobre el lago es lo mas hermoso del hotel

Cons:

Cada vez que se quiere salir del hotel hay que esoperar el servicio del taxi que no es tan eficiente y para las distancias de Puno el hotel queda alejado de la población.

Hôtel un peu daté mais confortable et belle vue
Pros:

Très bien situé avec des chambres vue sur le lac, magnifique au lever du soleil. Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement à notre arrivée. Personnel très agréable et aidant. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix et vue sur le lac.

Cons:

Les équipements sont en revanche assez datés pour le prix de la chambre. Moquette datée au sol, toilettes bouchées à la première utilisation, jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas au début, salle de sport sans connexion wifi et vraiment désuète avec une odeur de renfermé.

Evening to remember!
Pros:

We arrived at Titicaca and were very hungry after traveling all day. We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the appetizers, salad and ravioli entree were. Most of all, Jesus, our waiter, was very kind and knowledgeable! He is adorable and treated us with much respect. We will be back tomorrow night. We are gracious ❤️
