La atención de la chica demasiado despreocupada y no sabia nada de lo que se le preguntaba, la cama sonaba mucho y el señor del segundo turno le puso una cuña de papel para que dejara de sonar, además no había toallas de manos, toco pedirlas, al salir de la ducha tampoco tenían soporte de pies, me parece de mal gusto que uno tenga que cancelar la reserva por Booking para que le habiliten el parqueadero con el cual tienen convenio y es el único servicio que tienen bueno en cuanto a la atención del señor que atiende en el parqueadero quien fue excelente.

Cons:

Do not book at this location with any third party. They DO NOT accept payments thru any booking firm. You will need to confirm via other channels and pay 50% upfront from a local bank (no credit cards, just local bank to bank transfer) so they can honor your booking. RIDICULOUS. Villa Monica SHOULDN'T use any international booking service at all and should be removed from listing their property at booking.com

Perfect Place to Stay in Villa de Leyva
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Villa de Leyva! It’s 2 blocks from the main plaza and one block from the bus station, so super easy for arrival and departure. Tons of restaurants and shops close by. The room was beautiful and well-kept, super comfortable. We loved the balcony that looks out over the street. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Villa de Leyva!

Will stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic location, a block and a half from the main square and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Super friendly and helpful staff. No dedicated parking but plenty of places to choose from nearby. Very quiet and while some of the rooms don't have great ventilation, the staff gave us a powerful fan to keep the room cool. Always felt secure and safe. Free drinking water (best not to drink tap water in the countryside) and wifi. TVs in the room. One of the rooms had a balcony overlooking the street. Great showers. No breakfast included but understandable for the price, and great places to eat close by.

Cons:

Our bed was hard and slanted, so it wasn't very comfy. But this was the only downer.
