We stayed in this got from 26th -29th of August . The hotel is very good, inside and out facilities and good . My son enjoyed aqua park a lot .Everything it’s very clean ,”Staff extremely hard working and kind people .The staff in reception are extremely helpful, we talked during these 2 days mostly we 2 receptionist- Alexander and Jorida - both have excellent communication skills, are were extremely friendly and helpful to us . All staff are in fact very good here - thank you to everyone for making our stay here very enjoyable. Ariana and family- Uk

Die Zimmer.
Essen, Frühstück war nicht gut. Im Strand obwohl haben wir inklusiv Strand , sie haben das recht nicht akzeptiert, die erste und zweite Reihe haben sie mit extra zahlung mit berechnet. Wir dürfen erst ab Reihe drei plätzieren. Wir müssten plus 105 Euro zusatz zahlen bei Eintritt. Das wüsten wir nicht. Einfach für mich ist nicht empfehlungswert.

Very Bad Management

Waste of time and money. I was very excited to stay here but was only met with disappointment. Despite the fact that it is a pool and beach resort, I was informed at check-in that the outdoor pool was closing at 6pm. Why they would close the pool so early is still something I don’t understand. I tried to use the indoor pool and hot tub but that was disappointing as well. The area was dirty, with clumps of hair and dead bugs around the hot tub, and dirt in the showers. The hot tub was also cold. There was no staff in the area, so I could not ask anyone to adjust the hot tub temp. My room also left much to be desired. Only two pillows were on the bed and the air conditioning only went down to 24°C. The hot room made it impossible to sleep, and I seriously considered leaving at 2am to find a more suitable hotel. There was also no information page in the room with information about the amenities; basically you have to memorize what the front desk tells you at check in or go out of your way to call/visit them. Lastly, when leaving in the morning, I waited at the gate for about five minutes before security opened it. Yet, he saw I was there the entire time but was too busy having a conversation with another employee to just push the button on the remote. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. What is advertised as a luxury hotel barely meets subpar standards.
Grand Hotel Europa Resort is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the stunning views make every stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway :D

The resort was almost ready for the season. Looks like a family resort with lots of kid-friendly areas. Fantastic breakfast! Not the fastest wifi if you want to stream programs.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and excellent facilities. The staff were fantastic.
The layout in terms of having to walk out of the hotel on to the road, to then get to the pools or beach is not ideal for guests.

Separate adjoining bedroom for the kids.
This hotel is in no way 5 stars even for Albania which is somewhat behind the rest of Europe. The hotel pools are not joined or part of it in any way but a separate water park that you have to leave the hotel and walk around to access. The pools are also freezing so the indoor pool is used a lot with the hot tub being very busy with children. The beach is much further away again and is very crowded with sunbeds everywhere and has a greyish gravel sand. The half board food is terrible with very little choice and you have to buy drinks separately and can't even bring your own drinks in. They also double booked our room so we had to move twice in our 3 night stay which obviously isn't great either.
Breakfast was good, plenty of options of everything. Fruit, veggies and eggs
The cutlery in the restaurant wasn’t very practical and was fish cutlery.

Velipoja is just on the opposite side of Ada Bojana, and Ulcinj in Montenegro. Generally two beautiful beaches get divided by a river flowing out of Scadarian lake. The same river makes a border between the states of Montenegro and Albania in that area. But the nature does not recognize man made borders, so the nature and beach vibe in Ulcinj and Velipoja is exactly the same. Absolutely loving and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend to all travelers to feel these areas on both sides of the river in both countries. Many got in love with it.
Europa resort does not by any means interfere with the natural relaxing vibe of the nature there.
Unluckilly for us, we stayed at the venue at the very beginning of the summer season so the fascilities available were still not at 100%. It could have been even better.
The personnel is great and will do everything possible to make your stay perfect.
