Amazing service

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits au Crystal Mare. Elisazet et est une hôte très attentionnée et disponible. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L’hôtel est à distance de marche d’une belle plage et la vieille ville de Naxos est à environ 15-20 minutes à pied le long de la plage sur un boardwalk, très agréable. L’hôtel est situé sur une route très passante, ce n’est pas un problème dans la chambre quand les fenêtres sont fermées, mais nous avons trouvé cela dérangeant sur la terrasse. Ceci dit, les jardins sont très beaux et l’hôtel dispose de tables et chaises à l’arrière pour ceux désirant un peu plus de calme.

Our stay at Crystal Mare was fabulous. The room and property was immaculate. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to get to the Port, but it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being able to walk to and from our meals/activities. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I hope we get to come back again one day!

Elisavet was the best host! Very good location, really close to the beach and the Chora. Clean room. Breakfast was included and was delicious! Really happy with our stay!

Super comfortable stay and the attention to detail from the staff was stunning. I rarely like the cleanliness and the overall amenities so much but this was it!

Everything about Crystal Mare was exceptional! The grounds and room were spotless. Elisavet and her staff were amazing. Hospitable, friendly and very helpful. They arranged transport from the port and arranged a car rental to be delivered to the hotel. Location was perfect. A nice walk to get into town and the beach was a 4 min walk with plenty of tavernas. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of selections to start your day. Rooms and bathroom were very spacious and patio was a delight. No attention to detail were missed. Words cannot express how incredibly pleased we were.

Amazing stay with excellent service!

I loved our stay at Crystal Mare! Elisabeth and Carmen were both so hospitable, offering a full tour of our rooms, giving suggestions of what to do, setting up reservations, and making sure we were satisfied during breakfast. This was our favorite hotel during our stay in Greece, and I would be delighted to return to Naxos. It's not in the heart of the downtown/port area, but it's an easy 20-30 walk to the heart of the old town Naxos area. The hotel has a private parking lot, which was helpful to have while he had our rental. Also, it is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, which was a nice spot to visit on our first and last days. The rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. I loved that the rooms had a small kitchenette, which was a nice option for heating up leftovers and washing our water bottles. We also looked forward to the daily breakfast buffet. The Naxian cheese is still so memorable for me. 5/5 - highly recommend!

Elisavet was so welcoming and friendly. She and the staff made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room was very clean and beautiful. It’s location is close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the village. Absolutely recommend!

Lieu de séjour tres sympathique, confortable. Accueil remarquable, autant par Elisavet,la gérante, que par le personnel, toujours aux petits soins et pas avares de conseils avisés. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien garni pour une structure de cette dimension. La route en face peut faire peur à première vue,mais les appartements sont tres bien isolés phoniquement.la belle plage commence à 200m ainsi que les premiers resto, le port de Chora et sa vie animée sont à 1km2 environ par le cheminement aménagé de la plage.

We’ve had fantastic days at Elisabet’s place. We were well taken care of and received great help with maps and restaurant tips, among other things. Thank you, Carmen, for the delicious morning coffee. Everything was lovely and fresh – we’d be happy to come back!

Elizabet and her team were very helpful. The suite was spacious and modern exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable and the accommodation was kept spotless. Beach and nearest Taverna an easy walk on a sandy path. Town easy via a boardwalk.

Elisavet was the kindest, most welcoming host! She has a lovely property, helpful staff, an amazing breakfast buffet, and her location is perfect if you want beach access but a bit of quiet away from the town proper, which is still within easy walking distance. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Small boutique hotel that takes care of you like you’re family.

Having spent some time researching places to stay, this one kept coming up with all positive reviews about the property and the staff. It is a lovely small business, with a family approach to service. So many things had been thought of, including one socket that stays on when the apartment power is turned off by taking the fob key out of the wall reader. We really enjoyed our stay and the personal recommendations and will definitely think of this as the number one dtay choice for Naxos. Thank you.

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like you are home while also having a great vacation, this is it. Beyond all the great things about the hotel (see end of this comment), the host, Elisavet is an incredible person whose clear objective is that you have the most memorable and pleasant stay. This is by far the most well-rounded vacation stay I have had and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Elisavet and the staff made us feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the beach and close to a main road and supermarket. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious. Thanks for making our time in Naxos so enjoyable!
