Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic.
Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.

partiamo dall'arrivo in struttura non trovano la prenotazione, tramite l'email del sottoscritto cha faccio visionare sembra sia tutto apposto invece no, mi chiedono di pagare la seconda stanze (avevo prenotato due) faccio verificare la fattura di pagamento ok
Assegnano le stanze ,in quella di mia nipote mancavano accessori doccia ed il letto era solo parzialmente rifatto solo le lenzuola appoggiate sul materasso, nella mia mancava di corredo e quello sarebbe il minimo le tende della finestra bruciate, le prese elettriche semi staccate e per finire sporcizia tra i due materassi nonostante avessi chiesto un matrimoniale, con presenza di animaletti e altro (tutto documentato con foto) faccio giustamente notare il tutto alla reception mi inviano un responsabile che mi riferisce che sarebbe arrivata la donna delle pulizie ma non ritenendo una stanza idonea a trascorrere la notte, ne chiedo la sostituzione dopo una breve discussione mi offrono una seconda stanza, che a differenza dell'altra era matrimoniale e leggermente più pulita per evitare ulteriore lamentele mio malgrado mi vedevo costretto ad accettare. Premetto che stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle ma una basta e avanza.
