Breakfast buffet is very poor, No hospitality from the staff except the girl in the omelette station she was very pleasant and accommodating.
The staff in the restaurant including the Maitre d’hotel looks like zombies , have not seen even one server greeting a guest at least once.
The cutlery in the buyer line always empty and the silver container is dirty.
The dessert station during dinner service is one the poorest I have seen anywhere in the world.
The overall experience is not up to the mark of a four start hotel , poor on all levels.

Les femmes de chambres étaient très respectueuse et très gentille.
Les maîtres nageurs egalement font très bien leur travail.
Seule point assez gênant le ménage est fait tout les jours. Cela n'est pas forcément nécessaire.
Par quoi commencer ? Le manque de professionnalisme venant de la sécurité au portail ou de la réception ?
Nous avons réservé une chambre simple sans petit-déjeuner, donc nous avons eu seulement la carte de l'hôtel comme laissez-passer. Sauf que, apparemment, il fallait un bracelet de l'hôtel. À chaque entrée et sortie, nous devions patienter 15 minutes pour que quelqu'un du personnel se présente afin de confirmer nos propos.
De plus, la piscine couverte était fermée, la salle de sport également. Les toboggans ? Que dire ? Deux toboggans sur trois fonctionnaient, les autres étant cassés.
Pour terminer, le petit-déjeuner était payant pour nous. Sachant que je bénéficie grâce à mon statut Booking d'un petit-déjeuner gratuit, on nous a demandé de payer 30 TND par personne pour avoir le petit-déjeuner. Sauf que nous payons à un serveur, sans ticket, sans preuve. L'argent va donc dans sa poche.
Bref c'était loin du service attendu d'un 4 étoiles.
Séjour catastrophique au Kanta Resort. En plus des chambres sales et du service médiocre, la sécurité de l’hôtel est un vrai problème : au lieu de nous protéger, ils nous ont maltraités et manqué de respect. C’est inacceptable pour un établissement qui se dit hôtel. Je déconseille fortement à toute personne de réserver ici.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités. Le service était impeccable et l’ambiance agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic.
Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.

The staff were accommodating, helpful and understanding. Some were able to communicate in English and assist us with activities and travelling.
The cleanliness and overall integrity of the rooms was severely lacking. FYI there is only 1 working (2 pin) socket per room, which are very loosely attached to the walls (if not delicate, will come off the wall) and not near the headboard.
Also WiFi is a myth. There is hotel WiFi but the only place you have a chance of (low) signal is downstairs in the beautiful but extremely hot reception foyer.
I went as a group of 7, and 2 of the 3 rooms were decent (minus the fact they had no basic room amenities like sufficient towels, working bathroom lighting in one room which was reported at reception alas to no change, mini fridge and iron). However the 3rd, room 210 was horrendous! As soon as the door was opened you’re welcomed to the smell of dust! The carpet floor was not hoovered and as a result of the residual rubbish there were ants on the carpet, which had made their way to the bed where we found sprinklings of dead ants. Speaking of “bed” it was mattresses on concrete covered in the same carpet! As we arrived very late at night due to an unprecedented flight delay, we accepted our fate and slept the night. The following day we requested for a change in room. As soon as we mentioned the room number to a staff member, it was obvious that the room was known to not be the most up-kept and “old”. We were requested to stay one more night in room 210 before being changed to another, “new” double room, which we had agreed to. The day of changing rooms, the same staff member seemed confused as to why we’d want to change rooms. After explaining (again) we finally got switched to a different room which just about made the 4 star and was on par to the other two rooms with tiled flooring making it actually cleanable by housekeeping who mopped.
The food served in the restaurant for mealtime lacked variety and taste and was disproportionate to the number of guests. Furthermore the poor staff were unable to keep up with the demands of the many, many guests during mealtimes.

partiamo dall'arrivo in struttura non trovano la prenotazione, tramite l'email del sottoscritto cha faccio visionare sembra sia tutto apposto invece no, mi chiedono di pagare la seconda stanze (avevo prenotato due) faccio verificare la fattura di pagamento ok
Assegnano le stanze ,in quella di mia nipote mancavano accessori doccia ed il letto era solo parzialmente rifatto solo le lenzuola appoggiate sul materasso, nella mia mancava di corredo e quello sarebbe il minimo le tende della finestra bruciate, le prese elettriche semi staccate e per finire sporcizia tra i due materassi nonostante avessi chiesto un matrimoniale, con presenza di animaletti e altro (tutto documentato con foto) faccio giustamente notare il tutto alla reception mi inviano un responsabile che mi riferisce che sarebbe arrivata la donna delle pulizie ma non ritenendo una stanza idonea a trascorrere la notte, ne chiedo la sostituzione dopo una breve discussione mi offrono una seconda stanza, che a differenza dell'altra era matrimoniale e leggermente più pulita per evitare ulteriore lamentele mio malgrado mi vedevo costretto ad accettare. Premetto che stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle ma una basta e avanza.
