Stunning views, delicious food, and exceptional service!
Pros:

The hotel is a bit out of town so if you stay for a long time you might find it uncomfortable to be away from the central area and the restaurants. you are a bit stuck with the only restaurant at the hotel premises. But we loved both the breakfast and the dinner. Especially the food at dinner was so delicious! So kudos to the chef! The room was quiet by the lake and very relaxing. The views of Lake Titicaca were amazing. It felt like we were in another world. Our beds were comfortable. The wifi and the heater worked fine and the water pressure in the shower was good.
There is also a little playground outside and although our stay was short, our daughter had a good time there. You can see guinea pigs running around the garden :)
The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way shape and form.

Pros:

Muito boas condições do quarto. Excelente restaurante e pequeno almoço. Zona exterior junto ao lago muito agradável. Distante o suficiente do centro de Puno para que nos sintamos mais tranquilos. Funcionários extremamente prestativos e simpáticos.

Staying with nature.
Pros:

The outdoor area in front of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The view of Lake Titicaca from here is perfectly fantastic. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is in the best location to enjoy the view of the lake. Even the hotel staff are friendly, so I would like to recommend it to all travelers. The only thing that bothered me was the mountain sick at 4,000 meters PUNO.

Conforto com a vista privilegiada do Lago Titicaca.
Pros:

O café da manhã e restaurante muito bonitos, com vista pra o Lago Titicaca e para um belo jardim com quiosques. Ambientes confortáveis com lareira.

Cons:

O bar acumula no balcão pilhas de copos por lavar. O atendimento fica prejudicado, o funcionário não se apresenta, talvez por haver, em média, apenas um trabalhando no bar. Falta um gerenciamento.
Previamente à chegada encaminhei mensagens, e não tive resposta ou demoraram para responder.
