Posizione ottima per un soggiorno a Salisburgo

La posizione è veramente ottimale. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in centro

Cons:

La colazione a pagamento, un po' cara. E purtroppo sì la camera era calda, come ho letto in altre recensioni. Il ventilatore faceva comunque il suo dovere e di sera essendo all' ultimo piano entrava dell'aria fresca. Gli arredi un po' datati.

Beschädigte Fliesen, dreckiger Föhn, Löcher in der Mauer, überall Haare, Blutflecken auf den Fliesen, Schimmel und Beschädigungen bei Waschbecken sowie Fliesen, Urinverdchmutzte Toilette, Raumtemperatur wie im Bachrohr
Sehr schmutzig und es wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt

De locatie is prima, dichtbij het centrum van Salzburg

Cons:

Het hotel is oubollig douchen staand in de badkuip is echt niet meer van deze tijd en nog gevaarlijk ook voor uitglijden. Inrichting oké maar ook oubollig. Door de extreme hitte tijdens ons verblijf was het gemis van airco duidelijk.het meubilair in de eetzaal was op veel plaatsen totaal versleten de vellen hangen er bij.
De dame van de receptie had haar hondje de beledig bij haar op de inschrijfbalie liggen, wel gezellig maar kan echt niet.

Die zentrale Hotel-Lage macht die Erkundung dieser wunderschönen Stadt zu einem tollen Erlebnis!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels sowie die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Mittel sind top.
Mit der Salzburg-Card kann man kostenfrei bzw. sehr günstig Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen und die öffentlichen Mittel kostenfrei nutzen.
Man kann aber auch die Guest-Mobility-Card für die Nutzung der öffentlichen Mittel nutzen. Diese Card erhält man von der Unterkunft, wo man nächtigt. Ich habe vorab im Hotel nachgefragt und diese Card ohne Probleme per E-Mail zugestellt bekommen. Das fand ich super!

Cons:

Im Großen und Ganzen war ich mit meiner Unterkunft "Am Neutor Hotel Salzburg" sehr zufrieden.
Ich hatte nur Probleme mit dem Warmwasser. Um zu Duschen musste ich mindestens 5 Minuten warten, bis das Wasser etwas warm wurde. Auch bei recht warmen Außentemperaturen empfand ich das Warten in/unter der Dusche nicht gerade prickelnd. Einen Zimmertausch hatte ich abgelehnt, da ja nicht sichergestellt werden konnte, dass das Wasser darin schneller warm wird!
Zur Klärung bzw. mit der Bitte um eine kulante Regelung hatte ich persönlich vor Ort, aber auch nach meiner Abreise Kontakt mit Anrufen und E-Mails aufgenommen. Leider habe ich bis heute keine definitive Antwort, die ich doch von einer guten Hotelführung erwartet hätte, erhalten.
