Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht das Hotel liegt sehr günstig

Cons:

Ich musste zweimal urgieren um eine flüssig seife zu bekommen und die Betten wurden während unseres Aufenthalt nur 1mal wirklich gemacht die Zimmer sind groß aber abgewohnt

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut

Cons:

Ich musste 2 mal urgieren um eine flüssig seife zu bekommen der Herr an der Rezeption war am Abend so freundlich und hat eine organisiert und ins Zimmer gebracht. Weiters hat das Zimmermädchen unerlaubt eine Pfandflasche mit genommen aber keine Betten gemacht. Die Zimmer sind groß aber sehr abgewohnt

Pros:

It was one of the hotels with the lowest price/quality ratios in the city centre. The location is excellent: It's pretty much central and very close to the Old Town and most landmarks of Salzburg. The airport and the central train station are not that far either. The receptionists and the restaurant staff were welcoming. I didn't include breakfast in the reservation, but I had breakfast to pay for during check-out; the breakfast was good enough. My room and the bathroom were clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable. There was no A/C, but it's possible to ventilate and cool the room by opening the windows. The shower gel and liquid soap were of good quality. The wireless Internet connection was fine.

Cons:

There are just a few fiddling cons: The shower cabin was a little bit small. There could be one more towel. It's possible to buy a beverage from the lobby, but there had better be a snack bar as well.
