Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bus hält fast vor der Tür. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Am Wochenende war das Frühstück super und ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden, was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Allerdings unter der Woche war das Frühstück nicht mehr so umfangreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, es ist also sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, ein riesiges Bett mit nur einem Nachttisch, am Fußende ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank. Alles in weiß und grau. Auch das Bad war komplett in weiß, schlimmer wie im Krankenhaus. Einzige Farbtupfer: ein grelles, selbstgemaltes Bild ohne Rahmen und auf Nachttisch und Schreibtisch eine dunkelrote Glasplatte, auf denen man jedes Staubkorn gesehen hat. Außer dem Bett waren die Möbel und der grüne Teppichboden sehr abgelebt. In den 3 Tagen, die ich da war, wurde nur ein mal das Waschbecken geputzt und der Mülleimer gelehrt. Ansonsten gab es keinen Zimmerservice.

Ich war sehr lange nicht mehr in so einer ferkeligen, heruntergewohnten Absteige.
Cons:

Bei Ankunft gegen 19:00 kein Personal mehr da; musste anderen Gast darum bitten, mich reinzulassen und mir den Self-Check-in zu zeigen. Zimmer massiv abgewohnt; alle Möbel schedderig, der Haken innen an der Badezimmertür ist so weit aus seiner Halterung herausgehebelt, dass er schräg nach unten in den Raum ragt. Am großen Fenster im Zimmer wurde der Griff abmontiert: aus dem "Griff-Loch" zieht es, wenn man es zuhält wird der Straßenlärm deutlich reduziert (habe daher Papier reingedrückt; siehe Bild); Möbel im Frühstücksraum extrem abgenutzt (Polster zerfetzt - siehe Bild); Frühstückspersonal nimmt Essen mit den Fingern vom Buffet, um es sich direkt in den Mund zu stecken.

Eine Nacht als Zwischenstop
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr vorteilhaft: einige Gehminuten durch den Tunnel, und man ist schon im Zentrum von Salzburg. Hinter dem Haus steht Parkplatz zur Verfügung, wobei 19,.- EUR/Nacht ziemlich heftig ist. Unser Zimmer war auf der Rückseite, somit war es sehr ruhig. Im Haus kann man mit Fahrstuhl die Etagen erreichen. Das Zimmer ist entsprechend gross, die Betten waren bequem. Das Badezimmer ist auch gross genug, sogar mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer bzw. das Badezimmer sind nicht gerade die neuesten, aber sie waren schön sauber und warm genug (die Heizung funktionierte super). Der Frühstücksraum ist geräumig, das Angebot ist normal, man findet alles, was man zu einem Frühstück braucht.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr mit 19,- EUR/Nacht finde ich ziemlich teuer. Im Frühstücksraum würde ich vorschlagen einen Abfallbecher auf die Tische zu stellen.
