Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden, haben uns mit dem ungewohnten Service abgefunden und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer groß und bequem mit viel Stauraum, gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Hotelinformationen, z. B.: Benutzung öffentlicher Busse, schon beim Einchecken fehlen. Nur ein iPad am Zimmer.
Beim Auschecken Rechnung zur Kontrolle nur auf Anfrage und kein Beleg bei Zahlung mit Karte.

Beautiful excellent location in the mountains and Fuschl Lake with lovely atmosphere
Pros:

Personally I loved the location in the mountains, hills and surrounding nature near the lake a 7-10 mins hike down and I enjoyed the indoor pool (be nice if it was heated a bit), various saunas and spa are v nice for days that it rained.
Room size is good and comfortable clean friendly.

Cons:

I had travelled from Australia - I had been in contact with the property months before to request a quiet nature facing room like I had the last time upon arrival it was like no one had listened to me and i was given a room overlooking a road and a car park - very disappointing when staying for 8 nights - I dealt with it for 4-5 nights and then had to move as the room was too noisy loud and just I felt irritated. The staff then did move me on Night 5 so thank you for helping but it should have been done on Day 1 or 2. I just felt I had to keep asking and they could have moved someone who was there for a 1-2 night stay.
I feel more effort with Breakfast could be made it is just very generic and lacklustre, the way the food is presented and it is very hectic manic inside the breakfast room, also when you sit outside there are 200 Wasps they do not sting you but be warned it is irritating.

Tolle Lage und schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Gute Lage und bestens gelegen für Wanderungen und Ausflüge während des Tages. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Hotelbar hat eine große Auswahl. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man auf die tägliche Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, erhält man beim Check-in Gutscheine für Restaurant und Hotelbar. Allerdings gibt es Einschränkungen bei der Einlösung, über die man erst an der Bar informiert wird – mit der Folge, dass die Gutscheine nicht genutzt werden konnten. Diese Einschränkungen sollten bereits auf dem Gutschein klar und deutlich vermerkt sein.
Am Abend sind fast keine Parkplätze mehr vorhanden.
Anscheinend von Busreisegruppen gerne frequentiert, wodurch das Hotel etwas an Exklusivität verliert und den Eindruck von Massentourismus vermittelt.

Pobyt byl fajn,ale čekal sem víc.
Pros:

Okolí ,prostornost resortu a velký bazén.Dvě pláže u jezera se zázemím v rámci resortu.Snídaně ok.

Cons:

Málo možností k zábavě v resortu.Chybí možnost bufetové večeře.Bohužel některé pokoje bez klimatizace.Lednice moc hučela.
