Pros:

What I loved most about the hotel was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

I also loved the cleanliness, the beautiful layout of the resort, and the surrounding nature. The food was excellent, and the restaurants were outstanding, especially the XO Japanese restaurant and the Indian menu.

Every day there were free activities and evening entertainment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were so many wonderful things to experience throughout our visit.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Jeff and Isea. They were the best staff members and made our stay truly unforgettable.

Amazing and definitely would love to come back.
Pros:

Its a very special place, its was so fun to wake up there and see this amazing view in the morning, the resort is very beautiful and well maintained.
The food was also great, the variety and all the restaurants were amazing. The service and the staff were fantastic and welcoming.

Cons:

We celebrated our honeymoon there, and mentioned that when we booked, the hotel didn’t acknowledged that at all. They said that because we booked through booking and not in their website the honeymoon perks are not included.

Paradise Cove lives up to its name. I just wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location. Staff were very friendly and attentive (a particular mention to Manoj who looked after us exceptionally well). Food was wonderful and it's so nice to have an all inclusive package that includes a la carte dining. Excellent value for money considering the standard of service.

Stunning Hotel with Amazing Food
Pros:

Incredible food and lovely accommodating staff. Pools are lovely and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Lots of available activities. The lunch menu at Peninsula was a real highlight.

Pros:

Mes parents ont passé 10 merveilleux jours au sein de cet hôtel et ont adoré l’expérience ! Tout a été fabuleux : le cadre, la magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer, les piscines, tous les petits recoins pour pouvoir se reposer sur les transats, les 3 délicieux restaurants (avec une préférence pour celui à 3 plats qui changent tous les soirs), le personnel qui a été adorable et toujours aux petits soins, les animations le soir … TOUT était parfait. Très reposant. Merci pour eux.

Cons:

Rien, tout est parfait. Si je devais vraiment dire vraiment quelque chose, ce serait juste qu’il est difficile de se balader autour de l’hôtel car il n’y a pas grand chose aux alentours (mais cela n’a pas du tout gêné mes parents).
