It was okay for one night.
Pros:

Quiet location. Not far from train station. 10 minute walk.

Cons:

No internet in room and tv did not work.Breakfast was okay but at €17 abit expensive.

Cons:

Hotellin kuvat eivät vastaa todellisuutta. Vastaanotto kellarikerroksessa ja erittäin epäsiisti: paitoja roikkui henkarissa, paperia ja mappeja ympäriinsä. Huoneessa ei isoa peiliä. Saapuessa likainen tyynyliina roikkui lampun päällä ja sängyn viereen pudonnutta lusikkaa ei siivottu pois. Suihku oli ammeessa, johon oli tosi hankala mennä. TV/kaukosäädin ei toiminut koko aikana eikä sitä pyynnöstä korjattu. Ilmastointi tehoton, ei viilentänyt huonetta. Wifi ei toiminut omassa puhelimessani. Aamiaisella niukasti kaikkea: munakokkeli kylmää ja pekoni loppu useana aamuna. Ei jatkoon!

Nice enough and in a great location
Pros:

Good location near the station and airport bus which we wanted for 1 night in Salzberg. Easy walk into the old town. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. Breakfast had a good range so we had enough to eat but was mostly continental style.

Cons:

Curtains were hanging off, TV didn't work. It was fine for 1 night but I wouldn't have wanted a long stay there.

Salzburg Glam
Pros:

It was close to the station (once our internet connection worked and we could find where to go) and an easy walk to Mirabelplatz, where we met the tour to Eagle's Nest. If you stay in Salzburg, you get a pass for free public transport, which made accessing the Altstadt easier, especially as the bus stop was right at the door!

Cons:

Only a small detail, but the pillows could be firmer. Some more coffee and milk sachets would also be welcome.

A good place to rest for a night but maybe not a week.
Pros:

Location was good and parking was easy although it was down the street and the spaces are tight if you have a bigger car. The room was spacious for 3 people. The a/c worked well.

Cons:

The shower was difficult to operate and kept leaking everywhere. Toilet seat was super loose, nearly causing a fall. Reception couldn’t have looked less impressed to see us.

Aufgrund der sehr guten Lage zum öffentlichen Verkehr ein akzeptabler Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist Top. Weitere Bushaltestellen vor der Tür.
Unser Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon und großzügigem Badezimmer.
Der Herr im Service beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin wenig freundlich bedient. Wir sollten doch etwas schneller unsere Dokumente vorlegen, da sich sonst noch eine Warteschlange bis zur Straße bildet - wir waren jedoch die einzigen Gäste zu diesem Zeitpunkt!
Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war OK, jedoch überwiegend günstige Supermarktware. Billiger 'Honig' in der Plastikflasche, billige Plastikportionspackerl mit 'Marmelade'. Positiv war die offene Butter! Das sollte man mit guter Marmelade und echtem Bienenhonig ebenfalls anbieten.

Nice hotel, Ask for a discount coupon for parking.
Pros:

The location was really pretty close to the city center. Walking for maybe 8-10 minutes. The Salzburger restaurant across the street had really tasty burgers.
The housekeeping did a great job.

Cons:

The receptionist was not helpful. We needed direction about parking and we drove around for 2 hours trying to figure out where to park. There was a parking garage right across the street that we were able to use with a discount from the hotel. She never offered us the discount coupon until we talked to her the third time and were very frustrated.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The only thing that was hard to deal with was it had an automatic light for the bathroom that turned on when you opened the door, so the person sleeping right next to the bathroom kept getting woken up whenever someone used the bathroom.

Basic but clean hotel in a very convenient location for the train station.
Pros:

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood within a short walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof and the old town. We booked a room for 3 which had ample room was clean, had a good sized bathroom, and the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the street.

Cons:

We stayed in a 3 bed room but we were only given one key. The staff were quite reluctant hold the key at reception when we left the hotel. There was no 24hr reception (we were aware of at the time of booking), so with only one key, we all had return to the hotel at the same time at night because we also needed the key for the front door.
