When booking, there was no information on the rules about pets. The fee was 50% of my room. They have a rule about not leaving the dog unattended in the room, also not previously stated. This disrupted our family plans and the budget for the trip.
Staff was nice; clean rooms; breakfast was ok.
Hot tub jets didn’t work -I had called when I made reservation and told it did; maintenance and housekeeping wasn’t there on July 4th -front desk had to bring towels to pool. Pool was not very clear.
It was only 2 miles from the ball field. We went there to watch my grandson's baseball tournaments. It was so easy to get there.
Nothing it was perfect. There was plenty of places to eat close by you couldn't of asked for a better place. Thank you
Breakfast was good. Nice variety
The dark roast coffee
The breakfast was good. I picked the location due to its proximity to where we were moving from.
Beds were comfortable, quiet location but has lots of amenities. Rooms where clean and updated. Breakfast was a hot breakfast and was well stocked.
I would suggest putting your 75 dollar pet charge per night upfront on your listing. Glad you accept pets but $75 dollars was almost the same price I paid for the room.
Staff was very helpful when I fell in the room. Brought ice and filled out an incident report.
That i fell over the refrigerator door right on my face. The cabinet door to the refrigerator opens the opposite way.
Staff were super friendly and apologetic for the renovation mess. Breakfast was tasty and everything was fresh on the day we ate it.
Property was under renovation during stay and we did not know about this when booking the room. Most of the inside seemed to be done so it wasn’t too inconvenient. It just looked like it had construction going on upon arrival. There were signs posted to apologize.
It was just ok while I was there.stuff did not work half the time it was ok.
It was nicely updated and very attractive.
Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and also updated.
Breakfast was good & very close to BGSU.
There was no water pressure at all in the bathroom. You couldn't even rinse the soap off you in the shower let alone shampoo or conditioner. I had to bend over in the tub to wash my hair which hurt my back. It was awful.
Tried to cancel and was told i had to thru hotel. Called hamptons & was told i had to go through bookings.com. not resolved and no help
