I had reserved and specifically selected a single-bed room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that my room had been given to another guest due to overbooking. Instead, I was assigned a completely different room with two separate beds. When I pointed out that this made no sense since I had booked well in advance, the staff simply said there was nothing they could do because they had overbooked the hotel. In other words, the room I had carefully chosen was given to someone else.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The first room I was given had stained bed linens, which was very unpleasant. The second room was no better—the curtains didn’t even have sheer panels, so the house directly across the street had a clear view into the entire room, leaving me with no privacy at all.

The payment process was also frustrating because their card terminals were outdated, making it difficult to complete the payment. If you make the mistake of staying here, I strongly recommend bringing cash with you.

Overall, the staff showed no willingness to solve problems or provide proper customer service. They gave away the room I had reserved and justified it by blaming overbooking, then expected me to accept a completely different room. The hotel was so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I do not recommend staying here.

Pretty much everything else. It was very mid. Shower drain didnt drain. Hair in toliet. No soap in the dispenser. Asked for a double bed and got 3 twins instead.

Maybe a better cleanliness in certain areas could be a bit better.

Nažalost, jedno od najgorih iskustava koje sam imala. Smještaj nema nikakve veze sa slikama na Bookingu – fotografije su vrlo obmanjujuće. Soba je bila prljava, osjećao se neugodan miris, a cijeli objekt više podsjeća na motel nego na hotel. Osoblje je izrazito neprofesionalno i gotovo nemoguće ih je dobiti kada vam nešto zatreba. Najneugodnije iskustvo bilo je to što je osoblje ulazilo u sobu bez kucanja i bez mog dopuštenja, što je potpuno neprihvatljivo i predstavlja narušavanje privatnosti. Ne bih preporučila ovaj smještaj i sigurno se neću vraćati.

Kind of shabby, bathroom in rather bad condition. Weird breakfast system.
