Tolles Hotel für das Wochenende in Salzburg, leider mit Schönheitsfehler (Parkplatz)
Pros:

Das Stein liegt zentral an der Staatsbrücke, sodass Attraktionen wie das Schloss Mirabell, der Salzburger Dom oder die Pferdeschwemme fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf die Salzburger Altstadt. Hervorragend ist der Blick von der Restaurant-Etage auf die Salzburger Skyline mit Dom und Festung. So beginnt der Start in den Tag phämomenal!

Cons:

Leider ist die Buffet-Karte beim Frühstück etwas missverständlich. Durch eine ungünstige Unterteilung ist nicht ersichtlich, dass Eierspeisen im Preis des Frühstückbuffets inkludiert sind. Wir nahmen zunächst an, dass diese extra bezahlt werden müssen.
Auch unschön ist, dass die Parkplätze nicht am Hotel direkt sind, sondern die Einbahnstraße weiter aufwärts liegen. So war nach dem Check-In ein aufwendiges "Wenden" erforderlich. Das war so in der Hotelbeschreibung auf Booking nicht ersichtlich. Ich hatte auch die Erwartungshaltung, dass es sich um eine Tiefgarage oder zumindest bewachten Stellplatz handelt.

Immer wieder gerne, aber auf das Restaurant nicht setzen
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Die Rooftop Bar ist spektakulär.

Cons:

Als Hotelgast spielt man auf der Dachterrasse nur in der 2. Liga. die hippe Laufkundschaft wird auffällig bevorzugt. Auch für das Frühstück stehen die besten Tische nicht den Hotelgästen, sondern den undurchsichtigen Netzwerken des Personals zu Verfügung. Service dort oben nicht gut.

Tolle Lage Super Ausblick . Leider keine Garage . Zimmer im 6. Stock nicht buchen !

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6. Stock. Dank des sehr freundlichen Personals konnten wir das Zimmer tauschen und bekahmen ein Zimmer in einem unteren Stockwerk. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr toll.

Cons:

Wir hatten die erste nacht ein Zimmer im 6.Stock . Da das Restaurant nur ein Stockwerk darüber ist war es sehr laut. Bis in die Morgenstunden und zeitig in der Früh. Schlafen nicht möglich. Beim Buchen unbedingt darauf achten. NICHT im 6. Stock !!
Leider gab es keinen Hotel Parkplatz . Man muss in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken ! Man bekommt zwar eine ermäßigung dafür , aber wir mussten für zwei Nächte 52€ bezahlen .
