Lovely family run hotel in great part of the city - close to the action but not in high tourist traffic area

We had a wonderful experience at Design Hotel Zum Hirschen. The hotel is beautifully designed, welcoming, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service.
A very special thank you to Elisa at reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Her restaurant recommendation was excellent and turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and her level of customer service is truly exceptional.
Thank you, Elisa, for your kindness, professionalism, and wonderful recommendations. You are a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Ein gutes Hotel um Salzburg kennenzulernen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber
Hatte eine Klimaanlage
Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt oder mit dem Bus fahren.
Frühstück sehr gut mit reichlicher Auswahl
Glutenfrei ist kein Problem
Kleiner feiner Saunabereich

Cons:

Im Bad braucht man mehr Haken für die Handtücher, da die Zimmer wohl nicht jeden Tag gereinigt werden.

Struttura moderna ed elegante nel pieno centro storico, consente di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali con brevi tragitti a piedi oppure coi mezzi pubblici. Colazione a pagamento ma ricchissima di alternative dolci e salate: valore aggiunto l’offerta di prodotti biologici. Bellissimo il raffinato giardino esterno nel quale poter fare colazione.

Very nice, comfy and pleasant hotel!
Pros:

Very nice modern room, comfortable but little noisy, but absolutely acceptable as it is in the town:) I will definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends!

Cons:

Nothing especially, maybe hair conditioner was as a standard in 4* accommodations.. but no issue at all:)

בתור שומרי שבת היה חדר עם מפתח רגיל,, למי שמגיע ורוצה לבשל לעצמו המקום נהדר .
שכרנו פלטה ומיחם מבית חב"ד וחיממנו את האוכל שקנינו .
לכל חדר יש חצר פרטית קטנה בה ניתן להתרשם מהניקיון והפריחה בזלצבורג
