MainStay Suites Bowling Green North

Location was great for my trip. Room was clean and comfortable. While there were several choices of cereal, fruit, and bread for breakfast, the "hot" items (potatoes, gravy, and biscuits) were not kept warm.

Great location to stay. Close to Beechbend Raceway and Coevette museum. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Room was very nice and clean, staff willing to accommodate and friendly. My only recommendations are they stop using the air freshener. It’s very stinky and maybe some bacon for the breakfast. So grateful for the unlimited coffee. There is a Kroger grocery store near by with many options, even for a gluten/dairy free person like myself. - Thank you Bowling Green!

Quick and easy check in. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The suite was very nice except for the heat/air unit. It was so cold you had to wear a winter coat. It wouldn't turn off. And if you tried the heat, it didn't heat. Very uncomfortable. Eating breakfast in the lobby was unbearable. It was so cold we were shivering. We left early because of this.

Good clean, easy highway access. We didn't go to Corvette Museum but its right next to it. We were traveling across the country and it was perfect.to get in, get to sleep, get up and go

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mainstay. We really had no negatives. The room was a nice size and very accommodating with a full kitchen. The staff were always friendly and helpful. And breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed at this property before and absolutely loved it! This time, however, I was unable to check-in early due to some recent “audit”. The front desk agent failed to me I could pay for an earlier check-in, which I finally did. That should have been mentioned initially instead of making me think I had to wait around for three hours. Communication is key!!

the room was clean but the shampoo bottle was empty and there wasn't any hand soap. we had to ask the front desk to supply our room. also, hair conditioner & skin lotion was not offered. the breakfast did not offer any protein, only cereal,oatmeal, bread, and waffles.Improvement if at least hard boiled eggs were offered. the kitchen was nice and the overall space was roomy and comfortable/clean.

Unfriendly staff, when reported broken door to the bathroom, they were not willing to switch the rooms unless we pay more. The staff admitted knowing about the door problem for a week but yet still renting the room without fixing it stating that it is not an issue the door is not closing and knob is broken. No soap in the bathroom, breakfast very limited (not even butter for the bread),

Excellent staff, coffee maker did not work in room, breakfast was great.

Nothing special. Better than low budget, but nothing to go on about.

It was very close to our event and activities. The access to downtown was great.

Great clean hotel. Room was spacious, pool was perfect and our beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and we loved the room had a full size refrigerator, dishes, microwave and dishwasher. Perfect for a traveling family with a toddler.

Property was great! No issues, would stay again
