Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The Arcotel Castellani is a charming hotel located within walking distance to the old town. The staff, service and accomodations were absolutely wonderful. Dinner was exceptional (congratulations to the entire team), drinks at the bar were lovely and the breakfast (which is included) provided a wonderful variety so that there is something for everyone.

Si può tanto migliorare
Pros:

Posizione, il verde e il parcheggio

Cons:

Pulizia camera inesistente anche quando è stata richiesta e’ stata fatta male, solo asciugamani cambiati. Dopo la mia insistenza e’ stata pulita. Ma solo una volta in 7 giorni. In Italia è impensabile una cosa del genere, va fatta tutti i giorni. Colazione nella media.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem od historycznego centrum. Całkiem smaczne i różnorodne śniadania. Przestronny pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Czajnik w pokoju.

Cons:

Myślę, że pokoje wymagałyby już odświeżenia. Ściany były brudne i poobijane. Widać było ubytki w listwach przypodłogowych. Zasłony w oknach były brudne. Kanapy też nie zachęcały aby na nie usiąść. Czystość raczej tylko powierzchowna.

Отель близко к центру,чисто,удобная кровать.Но из-за постоянного,достаточно сильного, шума в номере от вытяжек выспаться и отдохнуть не получилось.Беруши не помогали.Номер был на 5 этаже.

Pros:

Albergo molto accogliente, bella,stanza e ottima colazione. Posizione perfetta

Cons:

Non è piaciuto l'accoglienza alla reception. Era evidente che siamo arrivati in un momento non buono per qualche motivo e quindi non siamo stati accolti bene. Tanta confusione, lunga attesa e poca professionalità.

De locatie is perfect.in 15 minuten loop je naar het historische centrum

Cons:

Ontvangst was ronduit onvriendelijk. Genegeerd worden bij de incheckbalie is echt een no go in een hotel.
Gedateerd. Douchen staand in de badkuip is niet meer van deze tijd en vanaf een bepaalde leeftijd is het in en uitstappen ook niet zonder risico.

Betten sehr bequem.
Gut ohne Auto erreichbar, ca 20 Min mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof. Busstation in der Nähe.
Frühstück sehr gut.
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Schöne Terrasse zum Draußen sitzen.
