Cazare neconforma cu rezervarea

Micul dejun a fost ok, dar se pitea mai bine

Cons:

Desi am rezervat camere duble superioare, in momentul cazarii ni s-a spus ca, deoarece am ajuns seara tarziu, camerele noastre au fost date altor persoane deoarece aveau un eveniment (nunta) si au avut mai multi oaspeti. Iar noua ni s-au dat camere la mansarda, o mansarda cu un hol ingust unde nu ajungea liftul asa ca a fost necesar sa luam bagajele pe scari. Camerel aveau tavanul tesit si nu semanau deloc cu cele din prezentarea booking.com.
Am solicitat receptiei sa ne dea alte camere deoarece nu era ceea ce am rezervat, dar ne-am lovit de indiferenta receptiei care ne-a spus ca tot hotelul este ocupat (nunta) si nu au alta varianta.
Din pacate nu am avut nimic scris in aceasta privinta, iar cand am facut reclamatie la booking.com, receptia hotelului a negat ca am fi avut vreo reclamatie. Oricum, chiar si fara reclamatie, faptul ca am fost cazati intr-un spatiu care nu arata deloc ca in prezentarile de pe booking.com nu este corecta.
Corect ar fi fost sa ni se acorde macar o compensatie conforna cu diferenta de confort intre ce am rezervat si platit si ceea ce am primit.

Pros:

Besonders vom Geschmack und von der Qualität des Frühstückes war ich positiv beeindruckt. Das Ambiente des Frühstücksraumes ist sehr ansprechend. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einzig die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist objektiv betrachtet im Vergleich zu anderen mir bekannten Frühstücksbuffets nicht die Größte. Für mich persönlich jedoch leicht ausreichend.

Extraordinario hotel
Pros:

La tranquilidad y quietud, la habitación en sí: camas y almohadas muy cómodas, excelente decoración y buena ducha. Todo invita a la calma, su música de ambiente, jardines, naturaleza.
Increíble desayuno súper variado y magnífico comedor con jardín.
A un corto paseo del centro, 15 min andando, y si no te apetece andar tienes la parada del bus a pocos metros y la frecuencia de éstos, extraordinaria. Con el número 3, Salzburg Sud, llegas de la estación central sin problema a cualquier hora.

It was clean and beautiful and a short taxi cab away from sites that we wanted to visit. It was also very convenient to have a restaurant associated with the property. Breakfast buffet as amazing!
