Helnan Royal Palestine Hotel - Montazah Gardens

No concierge services.
A person in the front desk arrange a transportation to the Airport ;the car was old ,in poor condition,both safety belts were broken and after 10' the car broke down We transfer to a taxi which charged as 15% more than de original quoted price.

Food was good , rooms are clean but old . The vallet crashed my car and I checked out early

Quiet location, food inside hotel was good. People was in general friendly.
This is an old hotel with lack of maintenance.

Amazing location, very secure. Rooms a bit dated but sea views & beach trumps all!
Away from the hustle & bustle of Alexandria city but still easily accessible.
Good quality restaurants.

The Hotel is under maintained , not updated like similar hotels in that age , for example the plumbing was leaking in the Bathroom. very short staffed , specially at the Breakfast Restaurant , Staff was trying to help everyone but Double amount of staff is needed to be able to provide a better service.

We had a great stay at the Helnan Montazah Palace Palestine in the middle of the gardens on a quiet section of a very busy corniche. We really liked the service and amenities, although parts of this property are showing its age. A special thank you to the dining staff as we were impressed wuth their attentive service, and especially Mr. Shahat, who was very helpful. Maybe bulk up the wine list? 🍷;)

The hotel is very nice with character. Amusing sea view rooms on the North side. After all contraction works are finished, this place will be the best in Alexandria. The only issue is the constant noise of music until the early morning for rooms with sea view, because of the wedding ceremonies in the garden on Thursday and Friday night.
I hope they can instal sound proof windows on rooms on the garden side.

I had an amazing stay at Helnan Palestine Hotel! The staff is really nice, and friendly, and made an effort to make me feel welcome and that my needs were met. The Maitre d there is a wonderful person! My massage in the spa was great! The hotel is very safe. Thank you, Helnan Paletine Hotel! I hope to be back someday. :)

They have a horrible front desk who have no clue about housing.We went for tranquility cause we are almost 50 years and without our kids to enjoy.The bathroom had a problem once we came and we waited until it was fixed and we were housed in a partial sea view not sea view as mentioned and in a room beside a big families with many babies with lot of noise and the room is separated from the neighborhood room with a door not a wall.

Amazing views with large well maintained rooms and comfortable beds.

It was really a nice hotel. Very good service of all the staff. Nice location excellent facility. I would like to be there again.
