Man fühlt sich zu Hause
Pros:

Eigentlich ist es nicht so schlau von mir, diese Bewertung zu schreiben.
Denn dann wird es wahrscheinlich sehr schwierig werden bei diesen super Hotel und außerordentlich freundlichen Mitarbeitern ein Zimmer zu bekommen.
Von Anfang bis zum Ende ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht, sind nur zu dritt angereist, da leider ist eine Freundin krank geworden ist.
Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben Komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Das Personal zu vorkommen wir wurden schon vor ab angerufen wann unsere Ankunftszeit circa sein wird. In dem Gespräch wurde uns auch die Adresse des Parkhauses zukommen gelassen, damit wir das auch gut finden und das beste es ist keine 5 min zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.
Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt, die gut belebt und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Zum Frühstück gab es zu unserer angenehmen Überraschung, ein Croissant pro Person. Was ich ganz persönlich ganz toll und absolut nicht selbstverständlich empfand, ist die freien Entnahme für warmgetränke wie Kaffee und Tee. Auch hatte man die Möglichkeit und das auf Vertrauensbasis Getränke vor Ort zu nehmen und diese selbstständig auf das Zimmer zu schreiben. Dieses konnte man auch bei dem Frühstück machen, es gab Croissants mit Schinken und Käse gefüllt und normale Croissants dazu wurde Marmelade serviert.
Auch hatte man die Möglichkeit, wenn man keine Reinigung und frische Handtücher für das Zimmer benötigt einen kleinen Betrag zurück zu bekommen, gut für die Umwelt.
Für mich ist dieses Haus, zum nachahmen perfekt.

Disappointed, overpriced only for a good location, but honestly not worth.

The rooms didn’t have air conditioning so it was very warm. Staff opens at 8am which makes it hard to checkout before. We booked a room with a double bed but our bed were two separate single beds that were put together. One major minus was that booking has this advertised as a room where breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served and we asked about it and they said no breakfast is served.

Great hotel
Pros:

Agree with all other reviews, the location was perfect. We had a beautiful room on the top floor in the back that overlooked the cemetery courtyard. Don't be afraid, it was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to main bus stops.

Cons:

Few outlets in room for phone charger.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, es war selbstverständlich alles sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Es war so, wie man es in der Salzburger Innenstadt erwartet. Dass es kein richtiges Frühstück gab, hat uns nicht gestört. Tee & Kaffee rund um die Uhr war gut!

Cons:

Wir waren zufrieden, aber es ist ein altes Haus, wo es öfter Stufen gibt (sei es beim Eingang,,oder wenn man auf die Terrasse will, oder wenn man in den Kaffee-Bereich will...) Das lässt sich in einem Altbau in der Salzburger Altstadt halt nicht vermeiden. Und wir sind kein Fan elektronischer Schlüsselkarten, auch wenn das heute ziemlich normal ist.
Der Blick auf den Sebastian-Friedhof ist für manche vielleicht ein Pluspunkt, da Grünfläche und ruhig, aber wir wollten nicht ausgerechnet Friedhofs-Blick, wie gesagt, ist Geschmacksache.

Lovely clean hotel in good location and adequate facilities.
Pros:

Good location. Easy walk to old town and easy access to shops and restaurants.

Nice quiet lounge with drink facilities.

Chill balconies on back of hotel overlooking church yard.

Cons:

Reception only available during the day.

It was very hot, I needed windows open but it was quite noisy and church bells start very early in morning. (With windows shut this was not an issue)
