A wonderful, friendly place to stay as you set out to explore.
Pros:

A charming property close to centre of the old town. Our window overlooked the cemetery used for the Sound of Music - very peaceful and serene. Their sitting room downstairs was beautifully appointed and a wonderful place to unwind and people-watch.

Cons:

This hotel is not staffed 24/7 so if you have an issue, you need to contact their "sister" hotel down the street. When the tea/coffee facilities broke down, there was no support available. They also don't provide a full continental breakfast, just a tea/coffee and croissant (you have to pay for any extra). We asked for a double room but were given a twin - not really a problem, but not exactly what we were looking for.

Gute Lage, sehr schönes altes Haus, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt kein offizielles Frühstück aber Kaffee und Croissants im Preis inbegriffen.

Great location to cafe's & town center.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to cafe's and the tours we booked.

Cons:

We missed our train connection- not their problem & yet we were late to check in.
We were unable to unlock the box to get our keys. We were able to retrieve key cards at the Hotel Stein down near the river.

Pros:

Staff was great. Liked the lobby and coffee/refreshments throughout the day. Size of room was great. Shower was great.

Cons:

No AC. And the church bell next door was very annoying - particularly at 7am ringing for 2 minutes straight. Wasn't bad when the windows were closed but I had it open.
