Good location
Put me on the 3rd floor with my dog. Price of pet fee is higher than other hotels.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful on our first night, it was close to where we needed to be. It was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
It would’ve been helpful to have the extended checkout available

It was convenient and breakfast was good.
First thing we got there had no running water to toilet. Air confident work prop. Called down for a fan and said they didn’t have any .
Morning at breakfast a patron had a very significant seizure and all the staff stood behind registration desk . Left everything up to those who were willing to step in at breakfast. We called 911 not the staff . We stayed with the gentleman, not the staff, we spoke to paramedics not the staff . It was very traumatic . I tried all day to get a contact for corporate and just got run around. When I called back to the hotel the worker said well we’re not first responders ! I responded with neither am I ! They showed zero empathy. Finally got a call from the general manager who stated she was going to chalk this up to a learning moment !
I like the location. I like the proximity to Meijer and my work. I liked the friendliness of the manager, Shannon.
I did not like the outdated fitness room or the smell/odor on the 2nd floor. I could smell a faint, lingering cigarette smell. The breakfast wasn't bad, but some of the sausages were overcooked on both mornings.
As a rewards member, I was hoping that the late checkout would be at least 1 PM. I was approved only until noon. This ultimately worked out, in spite of the big winter storm we got.
Convenient to BGSU
The fan in the bathroom was excessively loud
staff and hotel were excellent. Very clean and very friendly.
Breakfast was great, location was great.
Room could have been cleaned a little better, dead flies on windowsill, garments from previous tenants left in the room
Breakfast was a little mediocre, would have liked waffles (don't like pancakes). Omelets were really bad.
There were no dressers for clothing. Room was a little noisy (we were by the breakfast area), TV was hard to use.
