بصراحة، التجربة الأخيرة مختلفة تمامًا عن أي حجز سابق في المعمورة.
في نقاط كتير ماكنتش واضحة، وخلّت الإقامة أبعد ما يكون عن التوقعات:

دخول بوابة المعمورة: مفيش أي تنسيق، لا كارت، لا شخص جه ياخدنا، ولا حتى تعليمات واضحة. أنا اللي سألت على الشات وبعتولي رقم، لكن محدش قال إن أول دخول لازم يتم من خلالكم!

الكروت اتسحبت قبل ما نغادر بيوم! كروت الشاطئ وكارت الماستر اتاخدوا مننا وإحنا لسه مقيمين، مع إن الطبيعي نسلمهم عند المغادرة، مش وإحنا لسه موجودين!

استلام الشقة والكروت مش وقت الوصول؟ اتعودنا إن بمجرد ما نوصل ونسدد، بنستلم كل حاجة. لكن هنا اتقال لينا "عدوا علينا تاخدوا الكروت"؟ ليه كل ده؟ سألنا عن كروت الشاطئ واتقال "متاحة"، لكن مفيش أي توضيح إنها هتتسحب مننا كل ما نرجع من الشاطئ؟!

بوتاجاز لا يعمل إلا بأدواتهم؟ دي كانت أكبر مفاجأة. جبنا معانا طاسات جرانيت عشان نطبخ أكل صحي، واتفاجئنا إن البوتاجاز مش بيشتغل إلا على نوع معين! بالرغم إننا سألنا واتقال "المطبخ مجهز بالكامل"؟ فين التوضيح ده في وصف الشقة؟

أكسس بوابة العمارة لا يعمل ومفيش كارت أصلاً؟ معقول؟ إزاي في بوابة إلكترونية مفيش وسيلة موثوقة للدخول منها؟

للأمانة، دي كانت تجربة غير مفهومة

المكان نظيف جدا والأثاث جديد وعصري وكل شيء يعمل بكفاءة عالية والشقه واسعه ومرتبه والمكان قريب جدا من الشاطئ وتتوفر كارنيهات الشاطيء ودخول المعمورة
الطاقم كان متعاون جدا وبشوش
المصعد سهل الصعود والهبوط ويعمل بكفاءة
تتواجد جميع الخدمات بالقرب من المكان
وجود بوابه تعمل بكارت يسلم لك عند الوصول يزيد من أحساس الامان

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb recently ! The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Everything was exactly as described comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming space. Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!
