Beautiful spot, friendly staff, great breakfast. Will be back for sure!
Pros:

Loved the location as always. Breakfasts were ample and well prepared. Parking accommodation was excellent, although getting past the bollard, when relying on one's GPS, is NOT simple. It took circling quite a bit to finally figure it out. A little better description from the hotel would be helpful.

Cons:

Only the initial access to the pedestrian zone.

Pros:

Labai gera lokacija, pėsčiųjų zona, senamiestis. Šalia puikus italų restoranas Tratoria Domani. Istorinis pastatas, jausmas, kad gyveni viešbutyje kuris veikia nuo 1342 metų yra nepakartojamas jausmas.

Cons:

Kambariuose nėra kondicionierių, tad karštą dieną kambaryje tvanku, tačiau buvo pastatomas ventiliatorius kas šiek tiek gelbėjo situaciją. Vonios kambaryje nusiprausus šalia dušo zonos visada pasidaro bala, bet su rankšluosčių pagalba problema išsprendžiama.

Pros:

La storia di questo albergo è affascinante e il fatto che all'interno ci sia un cinema che ha aperto addirittura nel 1905 ed è ancora attivo è un valore aggiunto.

Cons:

La camera non era dotata di aria condizionata ma di un grande ventilatore che però non si poteva ovviamente usare di notte per il rumore. Dato il tipo di struttura la mancanza di aria condizionata era forse comprensibile ma molto meno il fatto che ci fosse solo una piccolissima finestra che in questa calda estate non è servita a molto. Ho notato però che altre camere erano più confortevoli quindi il giudizio riguarda solo la nostra.

Die Lage, Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, stand zwar in Beschreibung, im Sommer aber grenzwertig.
Flure zu unseren Zimmern fleckig und schmutzig. Kein Handtuchwechsel. Terrasse verschmutzt und kein 4 * Service. Alles in allem würden wir mind. 2 Sterne abziehen.

Sehr nettes, gemütliches Hotel. Nettes zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Top Lage . Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Frühstück überschaubar aber okay. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Our Train was delayed for over an hour which put us at the Hotel well after the reception desk closed. At first we were unsure how to get in the Locked front door. There was a phone # to call, the person on the other end was so helpful with the "Key Box Code" and process to unlock the front door. Waiting for us on the reception desk was an envelope, key and note with instructions. Wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing. Very cool and historic hotel...Check out the Kino (Movie Theater) in the basement.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Hotel war leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Für einen stolzen, fast vierstelligen Gesamtpreis für 3 Nächte entspricht das Haus meines Erachtens keineswegs dem Standard. Das Auftreten des Personals habe ich, mit Ausnahme der bemühten Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet, als sehr unfreundlich empfunden. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise erschien das Reinigungspersonal erst am dritten Tag; selbst dann wurde nur das Bett gemacht und nicht einmal durchgesaugt, obwohl der Staubsauger mitten auf dem Flur stand. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem verschmutzt: Die Toilette war unsauber, die Dusche schimmlig, eine ordentliche Klobürste fehlte und die Nachtlampe war defekt. Statt einer Klimaanlage gab es nur einen stark verschimmelten Ventilator, den ich nicht nutzen wollte. Zudem ist das Zimmer so hellhörig, dass man jedes Geräusch vom Flur und den Nachbarn hört. Es ist bedauerlich zu sehen, dass dieses Haus trotz seines historischen Hintergrunds stark an Qualität verloren hat – absolut keine Empfehlung
