I really loved the hotel. The rooms and hotel areas were as you expect. Immaculate and of a high standard. The staff do make the effort to look after you mostly. The pools areas are lovely and the beach is just absolutely stunning. An incredible place to swim. The hotel is isolated and it is difficult to hire taxis etc... the bus tends to turn up when it likes. The roads and driving are not for the faint hearted! So do consider the location of the hotel if you have mobility issues - unless you are happy with just relaxing there. It is expensive to eat there and drink. The drinks are of a great quality but the food was less impressive for the money charged. The breakfast is hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. It was wonderful. All in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Very close to the airport too.
Beautiful place and lovely rooms! Friendly and helpful stuff. Great Overall experience 😊 I would go there again! Highly recommend.
All staffs extremely helpful. They always willing to offer assistance. Outdoor view is amazing. Cats by the shore were super cute. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel.
Location was convenient, we had a rental car, nothing too far away
Rooms very comfortable including the bed. Great shower. Had everything you needed and very clean
Excellent service and all staff
Breakfast outstanding
Room was excellent. Everything is high level. Staff si very kind. Location the best in the World. All details are awesome.
My wife and I spent a week at the Hattt Regency Kotor Bay expecting a very upmarket experience (based on the room rate), but we were left rather disappointed. The hotel is rather bland and corporate. The location is not ideal - c 10 - 15 min Taxi ride from Kotor old town so not that convenient if you don't have a hire car. Positives - Room was large and clean and the a la carte Lighthouse Restaurant was excellent. Negatives - The main "Blue" restaurant was bland and food pretty basic, The hotel service was not great - poor at addressing issues or responding to us. The hotel got somewhat taken over by two large corporate events during the week with no warning given to us, with the hotel restricting some facilities available to us as these were turned over exclusively to the corporate event guests (with no compensation or goodwill gesture to us for the inconvenience). We paid upfront via Booking.Com but aware that this hotel charges an additional mandatory "service charge" (as well as the usual tourist taxes) on checkout (not withstanding the less than stellar service) - yes it is in the T&Cs but be aware of this extra cost over the headline room rate. Overall we wouldn't recommend the hotel especially given the cost and location.
We contacted the hotel several times by email and by phone to obtain an offer, including conversations in local language. We have never received any response. This hotel clearly lacks qualified staff and basic customer service.
The hotel was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff are all friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Very relaxing environment. Best holiday so far!
Good location but Streets are narrow, may encounter traffic going to Old town Kotor. Lovely hotel, clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and like the egg station.
This is a great hotel, with excellent staff in a beautiful location. But it is about 5 miles from the nearest town, the public transport is poor (one bus every hour and when it turns up in that hour is anyone’s guess 😂) and taxis are quite expensive (between 15 and 25 euros into Kotor).
The dining at the hotel is limited. One very fancy restaurant with a limited menu and one limited restaurant with a basic menu (pizza and burgers) which was decent but shuts at 7pm. And not many places you can walk to.
So you can get a bit stuck.
My feedback to hotel…invest in a shuttle bus to Kotor and run people into town once an hour reliably. Have a broader menu on your fancy restaurant and later opening on your basic restaurant.
On a more positive note, hotel rooms are lovely, staff also and it is a beautiful area.
O
Great experience. Worth every penny! The resort met our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Environment was clean and food was excellent!
From the warm welcome to the spotless room, everything was perfect.
Excellent facilities including a heated pool, spa, and direct beach access.
The only downside is the location - a bit far from everything, so a car or taxi is needed.
However, there’s a convenient boat trip departing right from the hotel pier, which is a nice bonus.
Service was outstanding and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
I will definitely come back
The resort is beautiful. There are 3 pools, a spa, gym (no view of outside), and 3 restaurants (the best one closes before dinner @ 15:00). Nice area to hang out or taking a boat tour from the hotel's own boat ramp. I will say that I was surprised that there wasn't much to do in Kotor. Once you visit Old Town and tour Perast and the rock formation, that's it. Transportation is limited to taxis, which cost 20 euros to old town. The timing of this visit was not the best. The weather was cool most days and the hotel seemed half empty.
It was the best holiday experience we had so far. It exceeded our expectations. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were so friendly and professional always with a smile on their face.
Housekeeping could improve but was good enough and no complaints.
Thank you for the great stay. Will definitely recommend to everyone and return.
Absolutely stunning location. Our room had an excellent view out over the Bay. The surrounding area has so much to do and see. But the resort offers so much you may not wish to leave. Wonderful meals at the Lighthouse Restaurant and the breakfast buffet in the morning will equip you for the day ahead. The staff are friendly, engaging, and work to ensure the best possible experience. A must visit!
I had a great amazing time. The food was delicious, service was amazing, staff very friendly and warm. I am African and didn’t feel any form of racism. Everyone was ready to help or signpost us to the right services. The rooms were clean and the view was beyond words .
My friends and I didn’t need an itinerary because the concierge was always available to help us with the best experience including sorting out transport for us even when we were outside the hotel and felt stranded. Help was a call away !!
Our visit at this resort was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful energy of the bay and the stunning Adriatic views set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway.
We spent the morning unwinding at the spa — an experience that was pure bliss — followed by a rejuvenating couple’s massage that left us completely refreshed. 💆♀️💆♂️ Afterward, we enjoyed an amazing lunch overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Boka Bay, surrounded by the breathtaking fjord landscape. 🌿🍴
Located near the iconic Lady of the Rocks and the charming old town of Kotor, this serene beachfront resort is the perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and natural beauty.
100% recommend this incredible place.
We stayed at the hotel for only one week but during our time there was a private group of guests who had private access on one occasion to the swim up bar and which was closed off to everyone else. There was no notification given to other guests informing them of this. On another occasion the larger buffet restaurant was closed off on two occasions for breakfast as it was again taken over by a private party of guests and we were told we had to use the smaller restaurant. Again no notification is given to other guests until you actually arrive for breakfast. There was also a private party on the rooftop with music booming until 11.30 not what you expect from this 5* hotel.
You also have to book your restaurants, including the buffet restaurant which we did but on one night we were told that we had not booked it and wasn’t allowed in. After complaining to the front desk, Tara, the restaurant supervisor, let us into the restaurant. She was the only member of staff at the hotel who was truly friendly and helpful.
The room itself was lovely and cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel but we’ve never been to a hotel with so many private groups taking over this hotel. The private groups of guests should not get priority over everyone else staying at this hotel when we have all paid a lots of money to stay here.
5* to Tara but not to the hotel.
Lovely hotel, exceptional location and extremely friendly and professional staff, would highly recommend. Lighthouse restaurant was very good with fabulous staff
Spa experience was disappointe
