Staff were very rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service skills at all.. also they don't care about customers just do the job.
Very old room set up . Dirty . Bad maintenance.
Air-condition in the room is not working. TV is not working. Safe is not working. The room door can be opened easily from outside.
