We had an outstanding stay! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning very comfortable and homely, spa is fabulous and the restaurant is fantastic. Beautiful views from the room.

Отношение персонала, чистота в номере, хороший Спа.

Cons:

Очень тесный номер для отеля 5 звёзд.Вход в спа через улицу, только с центрального здания.Но это не претензия к обслуживающему персоналу, а моё невнимательное чтение описания отеля.

Потрясающие январские выходные.
Pros:

Продумано до мелочей все для комфорта гостей. Отель стоит своих денег на 100% Персонал приветливый и вежливый, чисто, тепло, уютно и очень атмосферно. Завтрак потрясающий, даже был чиа-пуддинг. Когда гостей мало - завтрак идет по меню. Потрясающий вид из ресторана и номера отеля. Утром поздравили нашего сына с днем рождения кусочком торта со свечкой и песней. Было искренне и с любовью к ребенку. Персонал - профессионалы. Спа был чистый, всего хватало, была вода, чай и немного орешков/сухофруктов. Паровая комната отличная. Ходили на ужин в ресторан - все было очень вкусно. Баклава просто таяла во рту.

Cons:

Было странно, когда сотрудница персонала начала протирать стеклянную дверь в сауну, тем самым выпустив весь жар, пока мы там сидели.
