A wonderful stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful clean rooms. Lovely pool with scenic views. Restaurant served good quality food.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is beautifully located, with stunning views and incredible surroundings. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Another big plus was the pool area, there were very few people during our stay, so it was peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

Aménagement de l'hôtel très beau, y compris dans les chambres. petites attentions appréciables (eau, fruits secs ...). Atmosphère paisible.

Cons:

Difficile d'avoir une table à l'ombre en terrasse lors du petit déjeuner. Nous étions dans une suite avec 2 chambres : la chambre "parents" était parfaite, la chambre "enfants" manquait un peu d'espace (difficile de caser les 2 valises !).

Pobyt bardzo udany. Dobre miejsce wypadowe.
Pros:

Śniadania przepyszne, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Widok na góry i twierdze cudowny. Ze wzgldeu na niewielki natłok turytów spokojnie i przyjemnie.

Cons:

Kolecje niby dobre ale brakowalo dodatkoe. Np: przy zamowieniu dania miesnego prócz mięsa i ziemniakó itp. nie było nic wiecej. Dobrze było by dodać jakie warzywa jakąś mała sałtke lub coś z tym stulu.

Frühstück war sehr gut und mit lokalen Produkten. Es gab auch lokale Spezialitäten, was ich sehr schätze. Die Lage ist top, direkt im Zentrum. Immer wieder schön.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, rich breakfast freshly prepared.

Pros:

Nice breakfast, but they stop brining fresh food if it runs out far from the end of the breakfast. And there are people who come from outside to have A la carte breakfast at the hotel and waiters are more interested in them, then in hotel guests, so all the dirty dishes stays at the table till you leave.
They cooled the room for us before arrival.
Clean.

Cons:

Too close to the old town so it is noisy till very late evening, incl music form the restaurants.
Standard rooms and toilet room are really tiny.

Good. Eat outside and expect 48 hour laundry jobs and you won't get disappointed.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good parking facility. Quite cheap to get your own laundry done. Overall very clean but there is a caveat. From time to time you get a complimentary chocolate on the pillow which I appreciate.

Cons:

Daily cleaning could be more thorough. The restaurant is quite expensive. Lastly, the laundry process could be improved. In 4/5 laundry jobs the process took 48 hours. Only once was it within the stated 24 hours.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le décors, les oliviers et arbres fruitiers parfaitement intégrés à l'architecture riche de l'immeuble, la chambre avec balcon, la localisation, le petit déjeuner varié, la piscine et l'espace SPA.

Cons:

En action d'amélioration, je dirais qu'il manque une salle de sport en complément de la piscine.
