Ça casse pas 3 pattes à un canard.

Établissement bien placé

Cons:

Les photos ne reflètent pas la vraie taille de la piscine, elle est en réalité petite.
À notre arrivée nous n’avions pas de serviettes dans la chambre, ne avons dû attendre 2h pour en avoir. De plus, la porte de la chambre était cassée. Il a fallut qu’un technicien intervienne afin de la réparer car elle ne se fermait pas…

يحتاج صيانه و تجديد ، موظفين الاستقبال كانوا مرحبين جدا ،حجم الغرفه مناسب، موقع الفندق مناسب جدا ، يوجود أمن و مواقف.

النظافه جدا سيئه، المناشف قديمه جدا ، الأثاث والسجاد قديم جدا جدا جدا ، خيارات الإفطار قليله وغير متنوعه ، موظفين الفندق بشكل عام غير بشوشين و خصوصا في منطقه والافطار تعاملهم جاف جدا يتعاملون بشكل سي للأسف اقترح تبديل الطاقم كامل بجيل شباب ويرحب و يساعد النزلاء.

Pros:

Rooms are old, property needs renovation...the most annoying part is the music by the pool that travels to the rooms...the base literally shaking the walls... there are people like me who enjoy calm and silence... food selection was nit much but the food definitely good.

Byliśmy po dziewięciodniowej samochodowej wycieczce po Tunezji i jedynie o czym marzyliśmy to łóżko, plaża i łazienka żeby trochę odpocząć przed powrotem do domu. Wszystko to na czym nam zależało znaleźliśmy.

No cóż, hotel czasy świetności ma już za sobą. Ale dla takich podróżników jak my to nie problem

Un accueil indigne de l'humanité. L'établissement est voué à l'échec à cause du racisme et du manque de professionnalisme du gérant. Il refuse les paiements par carte bancaire et exige des espèces (en euros), alors que cela n'est pas précisé dans les conditions de vente. Le service est totalement inexistant… Nous avons été choqués et extrêmement mal traités. Malgré toutes nos tentatives et nos appels à une solution, la chambre nous a été violemment refusée sans aucune raison.
Imaginez-moi, futur client, après avoir conduit pendant dix heures et refusé la chambre que nous avions réservée par carte de crédit, surpris par le refus catégorique et injustifié de responsable , payer avec la carte et nous ayant obligés à payer avec des euros que nous n'avions pas sur nous. Après trois heures et demie de échange via Booking, il nous a autorisé à utiliser la chambre pour une nuit seulement et nous a mis à la porte tôt le matin sans petit-déjeuner.Cher futur client, regardez la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes, mais imaginez qu'il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, car elle avait été utilisée par un autre client sans être nettoyée. Elle nous a été attribuée et nous étions sous pression psychologique et physique. Au fait, le prix de la chambre est de 115,29 € hors taxe de séjour. La seule question est : s'agit-il d'un hôtel quatre étoiles ?

Pros:

Old hotel deserve only 2 stars not 4 . I booked 3 rooms Rooms ( the room had broken furnitures and the door frames were rotting) In addition, inside the room the bedding and sheets were dirty with blood.
The restaurant was not monitored at all..there was no surveillance by the staff. There were many people serving the food with their hands.i forwarded this feedback to management and people on standby but there was no response. They did not provide a key for the safebox in the room either, I could not protect the valuables I had in my room.
The all in exclusive was disappointing, the drinks were served in small cups and none of the cold food was stored properly.

L’odeur des meubles anciens dans les chambres ,
Personnel a l’accueil très désagréable ( une jeune femme) pas du tout professionnel et c’est pour cette raison je déconseille cet hotel .

In dire need to an inspection to lose its 4 star rating.

Serves food that is clearly days old reheated.
Ridiculously stingy with the food.
Waiters will not even serve you water. You must que up to refill a small cup at a water machine.
MOST OUTRAGOUSLY, during second (thankfully last) morning CONSTRUCTION started at 7.30am DIRECTLY in the room ABOVE. HAMMERING! DRILLING! SAWING! with my WIFE and SON needing Sleep! contacted reception MULTIPLE TIMES and the construction INCREASED.

EXPECTING REFUND from this atrocious establishment.
