Beautiful hotel entertainment is very good and staff are all very lovely and welcoming especially bomba and max!! the bar is beautiful would definitely recommend this hotel to people and definitely come back overall an amazing and delightful experience

Riadh Palms was an ideal location for walking to the promenade or shops in the evening.THere are a few stars that work there mainly the Night Manager Mr Moez who was extremely helpful,polite and knowledgeable and solved our problem very quickly.The restaurant staff are excellent they have such a hard job.
Unfortunately the reception staff leave a lot to be desired when it comes to Customer Service I know its not an easy job but politeness and an occasional smile would make their job more bearable for them.Madam Ahlem on reception is very experienced helpful friendly and funny she should be in charge of training the other reception staff.overall we had a good stay atvthe hotel.It is very clean and I would stay again,

We booked here for 10 nights still here till 10 june. Location is a little bit out of the main part of sousse but its about 20 min walk into a busy area. Feel safe within the hotel plenty of security around the outside too.
Plenty of bars and food choices throughout the hotel.. so deffo found something to eat and drink.
The entertainment team are fantastic with activities throughout the day they work hard getting the guests too join in great entertainment for adults and children everyone is welcome to join in..
Bomba and josef are great..
Only fault is the beach has alot of bits in the sand from guests but they do try there best to clean it everyday.
Rooms are basic but very clean and tidy the cleaners have cleaned and changed our towels everyday.. beds made everyday.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The food was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of both local and international dishes. The pool and common areas were clean and pleasant, making them perfect for relaxation. We had a wonderful stay at Riadh Palms Resort & Spa in Tunisia. The hotel is located right on a beautiful sandy beach with stunning sea views. The rooms were comfortable, the food was varied and delicious, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The highlight of our holiday was definitely the animation team. They were incredibly energetic, professional, and enthusiastic, creating a fantastic atmosphere every day. The animation team worked hard to make every guest feel involved and entertained, and they truly made our vacation unforgettable.

We stayed there for a few nights in late May. Kamel on reception was wonderful at answering all our questions, he allowed us to view 2 other rooms which were larger with double sea view balconies and upgraded us the next day and for a small fee we were able to extend checkout due to a late return flight. All the staff we came across were great, notably Yassin who showed us the upgraded rooms, Ismail and Mohammed in the outside buffet seating area and the chefs - the fresh donuts for breakfast were delicious. The security beach and bar staff were also really helpful always making sure to provide loungers and drinks with a smile. Kamel is the front face of the resort and a real credit with his level of efficiency and helpfulness.

Went on holiday here with family and had the best time met a lovely animation team called Mimi and micha both very friendly and always took time to come over and speak to us ! Had a great conversation and always willing to get us all involved with activities I highly recommend coming here for a family holiday 100%

I have had a bad experience at one of the hotels in sousse prior to heading to RIADH PALMS hotel where i found an amazing treatment.

The reception staff were very helpful especially AHLEM .
The rooms were very clean , equipped with everything a person would need and most importantly very clean !!
The food was excellent and varied. Staff at the restaurant always smiled at you and tried to be as helpful as possible. You basically have access to food 24/24 since they have another restaurant by the pool for people that arrive late at night or very early in the morning.

They had entertainment going on every day and a lot of activities during the day including Yoga , dancing and beach volleyball.

The pool was very clean and well taken care of . Easy access to the beach and multiple food/snacks area around it .

Overall i recommend it as i have enjoyed my experience at this hotel and will definitely come back !!

Brilliant hotel. We just came home on Thursday and had an amazing week. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming, work really hard and do an amazing job. Bar staff, entertainment staff and my wee pals in the snack bar. Moez, Maya, Walid, Majid, Beliel, Ahmed to name a few. Entertainment was great, food was good (most I’ve eaten on any holiday, hotel was clean and tidy and had the best room we could have asked for. We will definitely be returning next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was lovely, the outdoor space was amazing with lots of sun-beds available both around the pool and on the beach. The animation staff at the hotel are brilliant, they are very welcoming, entertaining and great with all guests. They provided activities for all ages and interacted with you throughout the day making you smile.

My 4th trip to this hotel. And it keeps improving its all inclusive offering.

The ala carte restaurant does Italian , Tunisian and Seafood nights.

The main restaurant is very very well provided for - at dinner over 100 dishes to choose from . With very attentive waiters. And a choice of sitting indoors or on the beautiful terrace outdoors.

Outside low season there are multiple snack huts open all daytime outside serving , crepes , waffles , paninis , wraps , pizzas , French fries , baguette sandwiches, burgers in a bun. In fact there’s no reason to be hungry at this hotel .

The -1 level All inclusive bar is a great place to relax and feel the evening vibe, as well as lovely coffees during the day. The new manager there really seems to be raising standards. The staff there are all so friendly.

We didn’t take part in the evening entertainment the hotel provided but plenty people did and seemed to enjoy themselves.

There is also an American cash bar which had recently been refurbished. As well as a disco which stays open until 2am - drinks payable here.

There are trips organisers at the hotel who will help you with quad bikes , horse riding or pirate ship. Nice man around the pool will also show you his jewellery wares.

The beach is beautiful here with helpful attendants and plenty sunloungers. Poolside is beautiful too with outdoor and heated indoor pool.

WiFi is fine in communal areas but hit and miss in the guest rooms. If internet is important buy an orange Tunisia SIM card for your phone at the airport when you arrive.

Overall this is a hotel that excels at happy holidays and great value for money. Glad to see it keep improving. We'll be back.
