We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via hotels.com app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.

Perfect, vriendelijke personeel, goeie ligging, lekker ontbijt

Ranta on kaukana majataloista, huoneessa ei ole ilmastointilaitetta, et voi nukkua lämmöltä, huoneessa ei ole wifi, aamiainen ei ole hyvä. Suosittelen välttämään tätä hotellia.

No respect not good service .
And the personnel from the tel mi you are from.europ

Sofiane at the reception was as always helpful and polite. The hotel draws undesirable low lifes who are rude, stupid and noisy. Drank Arab idiots started their party in the room below. I had to go down and ask them to stop around 1 am so our baby son could sleep. I wonder why Muslims who are not allowed to drink, drugs and use prostitutes do this to down grade themselves and the hotel. The owner allows this rubbish unfortunately!

The place was placed in good zone with many facilities and fun time places

Jammer veel hinder van omliggende hotels met disco muziek,dit hotel voor rustzoekers sterk af te raden.slapen vanaf 4 uur s,morgens mogelijk,goede transport mogelijkheden naar Sousse centrum,bus ,louage, taxi voor de deur.

Hotel immense, labyrinte sans aucune aide pour vous montrez votre chambre. receptionniste mal acceuillant, privilige les touristes russes.
je le déconseille pendant la periode du ramadan, au niveau resto, pas trop de choix. bruitant, les gens se mettent à crier en plein milieu de la nuit. la lumiere du couloir reste allume toute la nuit, et laisse la lumiere passer le rayon sous la porte ( désagreable).
je le deconseille generalement. ( je suis origine Tunisienne).
ce n'est pas un 4 etoile. allez ailleurs

Sehr schlecht, unsauber und unfreundlich Personal.
Das essen war sehr schlecht. Ich habe dadurch Infektion gekriegt....

Un peu plus d’efforts de retour des clients car si Le clients est recevable bien sûr l’etablissem ne font un effort .
Cet Hotels était parmi les meilleures mais comment vous voulez avec 18 € par jour que vous manger le lux .
Je suis un ancien Hotelier et j’ai du carriere donc je connais un peu .

L'hôtel m'avait été recommandé par quelqu'un qui ne devait jamais y avoir mis les pieds. Accueil et service relâchés, chambre et salle de bains vieillissantes, restaurants corrects mais enfumés, tout un public d'hommes seuls ne semblant venir que pour les boîtes de nuit...
A éviter si comme moi vous êtes venu pour visiter la médina éloignée de plus de 8 kms! A éviter malgré l'offre qui était à un prix imbattable!

La salle de bain n'était pas propre et mal entretenu , et la majorité des lampes sont non fonctionnels , la restauration est moyenne

The receptionst at the first ask me to cancel my reservation and book from the disk but after nogatiations he called his manegar and fix thr booking .
The room and the club are close and the noise is high.
No intrnet at rooms.
Bad view.
Only the good thing is the breakfast is good and accepteble

c'est notre 3 séjour positif , nous avons retrouver le même personnel un grand merci à Mme Insaf à la reception et à Mr Chockri au restaurant , un bon point pour des chaines Française , une bonne animation à la plage et à la picine couverte, nous somme prés à y retourner avec plaisir , très peu de client français

Room was never ready. Advertised as being available from noon. My flight landed at 10 and I was in the hotel by 11.30 the room was not ready until 3.30 Despite making several complaints, we were asked to wait at the reception. The reception was noisy and totally uninviting. The room as very badly finished, skirting missing, holes under sink. Undercounter fridge rusty and so dated. the furnishing is old style bed linen and towels are so old. The room was outside a very loud disco. Although the balcony overlooked the swimming pool but the loud music made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy it. The airconditioning worked at least but the curtain fell off the rail altogether and it took them over and hour to call someone to sort it which meant I was unable to switch the lights on and I remained in total darkness until maintenance arrive. the refitting was so badly done and one of the workers had to climb on the shoulders of his colleague to fit it back. Have they not heard of ladder?
the disco music was back on early in the morning, to start with with low volume music but by 10am it was loud and deafening.
Breakfast was plentiful and the lady who makes the fried doughnuts was lovely and helpful.
Overall not an exciting hotel very basic noisy dirty halls landings and stairs etc. terrible service. rooms runavailable for hours and definately not value for money.
I would not stay in this hotel again at any price
