Super séjour avec personnel très aimable
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal à pieds pour accéder à la plage et quelques magasins et restaurants. L'ensemble du personnel est très aimable aussi bien à la réception, restauration, aux activités. Avec le sourire et toujours envie de vous faire plaisir. Les activités nautiques pour un bébé sont super. Bonne ambiance musicale le soir.

Cons:

Les choix au buffet du soir manquaient un peu de diversité culinaire.
Si la piscine extérieure était chauffée, cela aurait été formidable.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel für einen Wohlfühlurlaub auf einer schönen Insel!
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel hat viele kleine Plätze (eine kleine Hütte hier, ein paar Bänke da), die sehr charmant bespielt und genutzt werden. Meine Frau hat des Spa-Bereich genutzt und war von Massagen und Treatments sehr angetan, kurz: Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros:

Really nice greeting. Most staff were really friendly towards our child. Beautiful views.

Cons:

Just missed the mark on a few things. Shower took 15-20 minutes to heat up. We asked if they could fix it but they never did. Dinner is super late 7pm (not ideal if you have a baby) and there's no food options until 12. Not much Mauritian food options either just pizza and fried food. Service is pretty slow some days took them an hour to bring me a beer and a pizza. Another time we sat down for cocktails at crique bar and didn't get served until 45 minutes. Also the coffee in the breakfast buffet was disgusting. I think they might need to descale or clean the machine.

Pros:

Absolutely lovely resort even as a solo traveller! The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to central grand baie. The half-board option was perfect for me - thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. Big thank you to Fardeen who works in the restaurant, such a lovely man! Also Emily on the front desk was an absolute delight!

Cons:

Bit of a bug problem but they are aware of it. Lots of ants in the room, was constantly squashing them.

Lovely, calm tranquil location.
Pros:

Great location on the beach, lovely rooms, short walk into the town, hotel is beautiful, staff were lovely and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we didn’t stove until 4am.

Cons:

Could maybe have a bigger variety at breakfast, but overall it was still good.

Her şey harikaydı. Sadece odalarda hasır eşyalar tercih edildiğinden ve hava durumundan kaynaklı nem olduğundan biraz koku vardı onun haricinde her şey mükemmeldi. Tüm çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ve samimi eğlenceli olmaları da büyük bir artı. Yerel ürün satıcıları için sunulan alan ise harikulade bir düşünceydi. Her gün canlı müzik ve gösteriler ise eşsizdi. Yemekleri ise herkese hitap eden çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çok teşekkür ederiz harika bir tatildi!
