A wonderful stay made even more special by the amazing staff!
Pros:

I had an amazing 5-night stay at Veranda Grand Baie and genuinely loved my experience from the moment I arrived.
I received such a warm welcome, with a very special mention to Aurore, who greeted me with a delicious local juice and my very first roti of the trip. That was such a lovely way to start my stay in Mauritius! Aurore is an incredibly sweet, kind and cheerful person, always smiling and attentive, not only to me but to everyone around her.

I stayed in a Comfort Garden Room, which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The level of care throughout the hotel really stood out to me. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm and attentive, and they genuinely made me feel special throughout my stay.
I also loved that the hotel regularly organises activities, so there is always something happening. The Sega evening was definitely one of my favourite moments!

The location is another huge plus. La Cuvette Beach is literally a couple of minutes away on foot and is an absolute must for sunset (the view is breathtaking).

The hotel can also arrange reliable taxis, which I found very useful, especially if you are planning a day trip or want to explore without worrying about finding a driver yourself.

I also had the opportunity to dine at Lazy Lobster and really enjoyed it. The food was very good and I would definitely recommend trying it during your stay.

Overall, what made my stay so memorable was the warmth of the people. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from beginning to end.

Cons:

Nothing major. One thing worth noting is that N’JOY is located right next to the hotel, so there can be some music in the evening. If you’re sensitive to noise or prefer a quieter room, I would recommend choosing a Garden Room. I stayed in one and it was perfectly peaceful.

Incroyable
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, l’emplacement parfait, le personnel très agréable et toujours au petit soin. La nourriture était très bonne et une multitude de choix avec plusieurs restaurants inclus.
Lors de notre dernier jour nous avons profiter de l’hôtel malgré un départ tardif vers 16h et avons pu nous laver nous dans une chambre sans payer de supplément.
Le SPA de l’hôtel était également très qualitatif et nous ne sommes malheureusement pas restés assez longtemps pour profiter de toutes les activités proposées (tennis, mini golf, plongée)

Cons:

Dans la formule demi-pension l’eau n’était pas inclue (hormis dans la chambre) lors des repas

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with great hospitality, fun activities, and thoughtful extras.
Pros:

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa — the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the rum tasting along with the fun game they organized was absolutely fantastic! A special thank you to Cristabelle and Raj for making the experience even more memorable.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast and meal spread, which felt limited and repetitive compared to the rest of the wonderful experience.

Un sejour formidable avec ma fille.
Pros:

J'ai voyage avec ma fille, et nous avions reserve une chambre pour deux. La chambre etait tres propre et jolie, avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer. Tres belle vue, surtout au coucher du soleil.

Nous avons tout apprecie.

Io avevo una camera vista piscina e mare che si fondeva tra palme e vegetazione molto curata, davvero bella, rilassante.
Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione perfetta, in luogo tranquillo ma a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Grand Baie. Puoi godere di privacy e della vita del paese

La struttura è davvero piacevole, una piccola oasi ben tenuta, accogliente con un ottima qualità prezzo

Cons:

An unclean hotel, without spraying and with lots of ants and mosquitoes in large quantities, plus we had to return to our country for medical reasons and they didn't consider us for the 5 nights we paid for! Do not recommend.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel für einen Wohlfühlurlaub auf einer schönen Insel!
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel hat viele kleine Plätze (eine kleine Hütte hier, ein paar Bänke da), die sehr charmant bespielt und genutzt werden. Meine Frau hat des Spa-Bereich genutzt und war von Massagen und Treatments sehr angetan, kurz: Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!
