Staff were amazing! They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel overal was good.
The noise during the nights. This was out of hotel''s control but it is something that should be highlighted. If you are there for party then that is great however, if you want to relax and sleep earlier then this is not possible. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, there was a loud music coming from the near club called N'JOY which makes it impossible to sleep or relax. We were unlucky that there was party on Tuesday too. This seems to be known issue therefore I recommend a sound proof windows for the affected rooms.

Un séjour inoubliable au Veranda Grand Baie pour l'anniversaire de ma mère. L'hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est l'accueil exceptionnel du personnel. Un immense merci à Aurore et à toute l'équipe pour l'attention toute particulière : un gâteau d'anniversaire surprise absolument délicieux qui nous a beaucoup touché ! C’est ce genre de petit détail et de bienveillance qui transforme un beau voyage en un souvenir magique.
(Gros coup de cœur pour les activités proposés au veranda grand baie ainsi que la journée de l'indépendance avec le spectacle, j'ai beaucoup apprécié y participer) Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!
