Fantastic view and immediate access to the beach; I wish I was on holiday rather than business.
Pros:

I did not know how to add water to the steam iron.
Turning on/off lights was somewhat confusing.

Unfortunately experience was tainted due to room access issues and air conditioning issues.

Location/view.

Cons:

Was given the wrong swipe card for room, told I wasn’t doing it correctly. Room was 37 degrees on arrival and air conditioning controlled by reception. Had to contact reception and request air conditioning be turned on.

Pros:

All the staff were exceptional - so friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome - reception staff, catering staff, bar staff, cleaning staff and the lifeguards. We had the most wonderful stay, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! They were fabulous with our little girl as well, and there was plenty to do there for her. We even added an extra night to our stay as we didn’t want to leave and are already looking to book for next year. Great place, fabulous food options, really clean, friendly staff, it was perfect! And this is from someone who isn’t usually a fan of hotels! We will be back soon!

Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The staff are absolutely superb, could not be more helpful. The sea views are breath-taking. We booked the penthouse and it was worth every penny. It is definitely worth booking the all-inclusive option. The bed was also so comfy I passed out!
