Pros:

Ottima posizione con vista sul mare, parcheggio comodo e custodito, colazione varia buona, dispenser acqua molto utile, balconi no con tavolo molto carino

Cons:

Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato, rubinetteria non ben funzionante, scarichi un po’ intasati.

Fantastic view and immediate access to the beach; I wish I was on holiday rather than business.

The room was very nice and spotlessly clean.
The staff were absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the beach; it was rocky and difficult to get into the water, and it lacked a bit of cleanliness.

Unfortunately experience was tainted due to room access issues and air conditioning issues.

Location/view.

Cons:

Was given the wrong swipe card for room, told I wasn’t doing it correctly. Room was 37 degrees on arrival and air conditioning controlled by reception. Had to contact reception and request air conditioning be turned on.

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ενώ είχε προσβάσεις για ΑμεΑ επι της ουσίας δεν ήταν σωστές. Θέλει οπωσδήποτε μια ανακαίνιση για να είναι εύκολη η πρόσβαση.

Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The staff are absolutely superb, could not be more helpful. The sea views are breath-taking. We booked the penthouse and it was worth every penny. It is definitely worth booking the all-inclusive option. The bed was also so comfy I passed out!

Perfect
Pros:

All the staff were exceptional - so friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome - reception staff, catering staff, bar staff, cleaning staff and the lifeguards. We had the most wonderful stay, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! They were fabulous with our little girl as well, and there was plenty to do there for her. We even added an extra night to our stay as we didn’t want to leave and are already looking to book for next year. Great place, fabulous food options, really clean, friendly staff, it was perfect! And this is from someone who isn’t usually a fan of hotels! We will be back soon!

Cons:

Really nothing to suggest that we didn’t like!
