Pros:

Fabulous spa….HUGE swimming pool with Thalassotherapy spa attached. One of the best spa’s I’ve visited and as I’m swimmer I was delighted with the lap pool.

The rooms were super comfy and I slept like a baby.

The staff were all delightful, especially lady on spa desk (they give you delicious apple tea). Also I want to say a BIG thank you to the housekeeping staff. I left my silk pillowcases and my hot water bottle behind and they very kindly returned them, pillowcases all washed and ironed 😘

Cons:

Sadly there were no spa treatments available, possibly due to the time of year and the hotel was a little further out of town that I’d thought.

Cons:

Not a 5 star hotel at all. It is obvious that there has been no renovation for a long time. At the Welcome Gift they gave a very small cookie, it looks more like an insult, it is better not to give it at all. During booking, there was no clear explanation that the reservation was without breakfast (what is strange for booking.com), it became clear only during check-in at the hotel. For the tourist tax, for some unclear reason hotel took more money than was stated at booking.com. If you consider the hotel as 3-4 stars, then in principle everything will be fine. But where 5 stars come from is sincerely unclear!
