Beautiful hotel ..friendly staff . excellent service. Beautiful variety of foods . breakfast.. lunch and dinner. And looooove the deserts...and hotel spa was the best... Beautiful relaxed massages...and the look after u ...and love the music karaoke nights...he's a excellent entertainer... And our lady that cleaned our rooms was the friendly kindest per and always looked after us...I will recommend this beautiful hotel to couples.. singles and family couples

I would recommend this hotel for any one that wants to come on holiday to tunisa..and the have beautiful pools and seaside .. and our entertainment is 100 percent with all the karaoke nights. A great hotel for a restful break and for exploring Tunisia from

This hotel was an excellent base for exploring Tunisia and for a restful break. The staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent food including local dishes included in the restaurant buffet. I enjoyed swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools, a spa treatment and walking on the beach. The Médina, tourist office were a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and large. I would recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Tunisia

Lovely clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, really clean and the staff are lovely. I broke my glasses and they tried to help me. Unfortunately I needed glue. So a member of reception walked me to the shop nearby as it is quite unsafe outside and I bought some glue. He repaired my glasses for me. It was so kind of him.

The food was incredible, lots of choice.

I would say the restaurant upstairs wasn’t great though, I think it’s a seafood restaurant. We had to book, the choice was minimal and it wasn’t great quality. It was separate to the all inclusive.

Outside the hotel, men were saying they were employees and they would show us the medina, they took us there and offered us deals in the shops. It was only in the second day we clicked that they had seen our all inclusive wristbands. Once covered those up when we went out noone bothered us. I don’t think this was the fault of the hotel, so not dropping them a star for this

The only downside was lack of entertainment and things to do, but as it was out of season I understand. However the hotel was very busy so something could’ve been put on.

The all inclusive drinks were limited and the wine was poor. It’s lucky the beer was nice.

I would recommend staying here as we had a lovely break.

Great holiday
Pros:

Came to Tunisia for the first time with my family, a shame for the delayed flight due to bad weather but once here we had a very good time. The room was great with a good sea view, the food was nice, the staff were very friendly, there was entertainment each night with music and even playing uno and smoking shisha with staff.

We had very nice holiday in Sousse and Spa Palace Hotel. Hotel is very cozy and quiet, haș very good location and exit to sea.

Personal is very nice and helpful, food is delicios,Thank you chef Wadi. Rooms are tidy, every day cleaned with the Smile of beautiful cleaner.

Every day we recived new entertaiment and possibility to Enjoy music in the evening, Thank you Majdi.

We recomend this hotel for holiday 🌴
