Location is close to the beach and the Medina. It’s a very nice walk along the beach walkway into central Sousse. The room had a balcony and view of the sea but the tv was not working and it took awhile to get it seen to. 12 floor restaurant was a highlight… not so much for the food but the view and especially the waiter staff was outstanding.
The breakfast buffet was not very good. The dining room is not well kept and was dirty. Did not eat anything of the buffet; only eggs that I watched being made. Frankly the place felt gross… table cloths with the stains and mess from previous dinners and insufficient utensils to serve food ment people shared. I could go on…
Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtkern von Sousse und direkt am Meer mit herrlichem Blick aus den Zimmern auf der Meerseite. Es ist ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es vielfältiges Angebot.
Honnêtement superbe hôtel magnifique mais le pire personnel que j’ai pu rencontrer, alors je réserve sur booking on me fait attendre 40 minutes assis sur le fauteuil avant d’enfin récupérer ma chambre, le matin sait un cauchemar avec les femmes de ménages énormément de bruit, claquement de porte, rentre dans vos chambres, parle très fort dans les couloirs entre femmes de ménage enfin je reviendrai plus à cette hôtel !!!🤯 je dirais que c’est plutôt un 4 étoile voir 3 et demi
LE bar FAITES tres attention, je commande un vodka greegoose je bois et sait de l’eau Ali je demande un belvedere et la encore de l’eau, il coupe l’alcool a l’eau, je demander a voir le responsable il goutte et effectivement il me dit qu’il doit être périmer 😅 la blague et la me propose de m’offrir enfin un verre de vodka absolut en me demandant de ne pas signaler l’incident, des vrais voleurs, faites attention à l’alcool a surtout de ne demander de vodka enfin l’alcool blanc, !!!

Beautiful relaxed massages...and the look after u ...and love the music karaoke nights...he's a excellent entertainer... And our lady that cleaned our rooms was the friendly kindest per and always looked after us...I will recommend this beautiful hotel to couples.. singles and family couples
Beautiful place and lovely people and food and excellent for couples and singles and families and the staff and entertainment and the spa is absolutely y brilliant... I would recommend this hotel for any one that wants to come on holiday to tunisa..and the have beautiful pools and seaside .. and our entertainment is 100 percent with all the karaoke nights.
