I had a very good experience at Marhaba Hotel. The room was spacious, the view was lovely, and being right on the beach made it ideal, while still close to Sousse for cultural exploration.

A special thank you to Rafika at the reception—she was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks as well to Oumaima, the Guest Service Manager, for her great support. I also want to mention the kitchen staff and everyone else who made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Séjour magnifique
Pros:

Très bon hôtel,
Deux belles piscines et la plage était impeccable.
Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous , surtout la responsable clientèle Madame Oumayma.
Choix varié pour les plats, très satisfait de la qualité de la nourriture..

Chambre propre, confortable et très belle vue
Bonne cuisine , tous les jours grillades viande et poisson. Varier un peu plus les desserts
Petit déjeuner fabuleux surtout les viennoiseries
Matinée mousse dans la piscine 👍

Cons:

Transats sur la 1ere ligne de la piscine réservés des 6h30
Obligation de réserver toujours la même table pour le dîner pour la durée du séjour . Pourquoi ?

Pros:

Tout le personnel est professionnel, à l'écoute et au petit soin. Spéciales remerciements à Mme Rafika (réception) et Mr Adel (restaurant) qui ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'animation est très bien, l'hôtel est très propre , on y mange bien. L'emplacement est pas mal, à deux pas de la marina. La plage est magnifique... Rien à dire!!!

Cons:

Honnêtement le café!!! Mais le service est tellement top, que nous en avons fait abstraction!!!

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, accueillant et à l’écoute. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de l’équipe : après avoir échangé avec le responsable sur quelques points à améliorer, des changements ont été faits dès le lendemain. Le service est clairement le point fort de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Super séjour passé au Marhaba Palace en famille. Personnel aux petits soins, propreté impeccable, chambre très confortables, salle de sport et terrains de tennis à disposition, super plage et nourriture très bonne et variée. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour de farniente

J'ai réservé ce séjour pour ma mère et ma sœur, qui sont revenues ravies de leur séjour.

Personnel chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et impeccable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Plage superbe, animations variées et buffet de qualité avec un large choix.

Le Marhaba Palace est un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles qui tient toutes ses promesses. Merci à toute l'équipe, j'y retournerai avec ma famille avec grand plaisir !
