Pros:

Staff in the buffet were amazing went above and beyond

Cons:

Buffet at lunch isn’t open and I thought it was. Food options outside of buffet weren’t great. Room cleanliness weren’t great. And only one pool for kids

Relaxing and wonderful hotel
Pros:

Really beautifully decorated, the rooms were well thought out and spacious. Really great facilities.
They had delicious high quality gluten free options at breakfast buffet which I appreciated. You had access to coffee from the LUX cafe which was delicious through our breakfast hours, inclusive!

My stay was too short! I’d stay longer if I could.
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the waiters in the restaurants and on the beach, to the housekeeping and friendly faces from the front desk. A special shout out to Sandeep at the front desk who was pleasantly friendly and welcoming to my toddler! We were also pleasantly surprised by the play area for kids, and all the activities they had.
