Das das Parkhaus kostenfrei war und dass die Gäste ein kostenloses Bustiket für die Woche bekommen haben.
Besonders möchte ich den Rezeptionistin im Spätdienst nicht unerwähnt lassen, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent bedient.

In der Nacht entfernten sich die Betten sodass ich um ein Haar herausfiel.Am ersten Morgen wollte ich Duschen, aber beide Spender
waren leer. Nachdem ich meinen Unmut kundtat, bat ich um ein anderes Zimmer, es war sehr ruhig
aber auch die Betten waren nicht verschraubt. Erst nach .mehrmalliger Bitte hat man sich dann ans Werk gemacht.Aber das hätte man sofort machen müssen und nicht erst 2 Tage vor Abreise, ich war fast eine Woche dort.Das Frühstück war sein Geld nicht wert, für die 25 Euro hätte ich ein fürstliches Frühstück in der Stadt bekommen. Ich habe auf dem Buffet vieles nicht mehr bekommen, mit der Aussage des Personals, sorry die koreanische Gruppe hat soviel gegessen"weg ist weg" Ich werde dort nicht mehr absteigen.

Pros:

Large comfortable room, warm, quiet, with a great bed. Excellent breakfast options. Free to use an underground car park. 3 minutes walk to busses in the city. The hotel is close to the shopping centre and supermarkets.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, but we travel with a kettle these days so not a problem for us.

Das saubere, sehr gut und schön ausgestattete Hotel ist in einer sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet und sauber. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da wir mit dem Auto gereist sind ist der eigene Hotelgarage sehr praktisch. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor dem Haus. Zusätzlich erhielten wir bei der Buchung einen Gratis-Freifahrtsschein für den öffentlichen Busverkehr während unseres Aufenthalts.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllt für ein Viersternehotel nicht die Erwartungen. Es gibt keine frischen Brotaufstriche. Das Angebot für weiche Eier, Rührei oder Spiegelei fehlte komplett bzw. wurden wir von vom Hotelpersonal beim Frühstück nicht gefragt., ob wir diese Variante möchten. Es wäre sicher kein Problem, dieses frisch zubereiten. Das angebotene Schwarzbrot ist anscheinend von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft eingekauft worden, es erfüllte nicht den Qualitätsanspruch. Das Brot war auch nicht mehr sehr frisch. Im Hotelzimmer fehlte meiner Meinung nach, auch ein Mineralwasser zur freien Entnahme. Zumindest wird in anderen Hotel eine Flasche angeboten.

Muy bien.
Pros:

El hotel bonito, renovado y limpio. Cama cómoda, ducha muy buena, hacen buena limpieza. Garaje gratis es un plus.
No probamos desayuno pero la cafetería que hay accediendo desde dentro del hotel tiene muy buena comida. Volveremos.

Estaba un poco alejado pero con coche no hay problema.

Ein großes Lob für die Herren an der Rezeption, sie waren sehr freundlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit, da kommt man gerne an. Ebenso war auch die Dame beim Frühstück freundlich und gut gelaunt, Gebäck, Rühreier und Tee waren vorzüglich. Der Ingwer für den Tee ist eine großartige Idee!!Die Papageientapete und die Papageienkissen im Zimmer waren nett und schufen eine persönliche Note (kein 08/15-Zimmer). Das Bad war hochmodern und alles funktionierte bestens. Die Zimmer sind nicht vom Umgebungslärm beeinträchtigt und es war auch im Hotel ruhig.

Cons:

Keine Kritik, sondern eine Anregung: beim Käse könnte es eine größere Auswahl geben, nicht bloß Scheibenkäse, sondern z.B. auch Brie oder Ziegenkäse oder einfach irgendetwas etwas Regionales aus den Salzburger Alpen (eine tolle Käseregion!), bei den Wurstwaren wäre es toll, wenn Rohschinken oder Speck angeboten werden könnten, wobei beides natürlich kostenintensiv ist, für den Tee wären größere Kannen und ein Samowar für rasche Heißwasserbefüllung hilfreich, denn so könnte man noch mehr herrlichen Tee (sehr gute Sorten) mit frischem Ingwer genießen!
