Possibly the most tranquil place we’ve ever visited
Pros:

Yes it’s an expensive hotel, but the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff is probably the best I have experienced. The lake views and surroundings make it such a special place. The spa was beautiful and whilst treatments were expensive, again the service was amazing.

Cons:

The lighting system in the room was a little overcomplicated, but this was a minor detail. Everything else was first class

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist absolut außergewöhnlich, ruhig und exklusiv. Das gesamte Hotel wurde sehr stilvoll und hochwertig renoviert. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und das Bett super bequem. Ein Großteil des Personals ist zudem freundlich und bemüht sich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Cons:

Leider muss man aber auch sagen, dass einige der kritischen Bewertungen durchaus berechtigt sind. Einige Mitarbeiter, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Spa-Bereich, wirkten leider sehr unfreundlich, sodass man sich teilweise eher unerwünscht gefühlt hat. Die Preise insgesamt sind sehr hoch, was grundsätzlich erwartbar ist, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht immer. €35 pro Nacht für die Garage ist eine abzocke. Auch das Essen konnte nicht überzeugen - geschmacklich solide, aber deutlich zu teuer für das, was geboten wird. Der Sauna-/Spa-Bereich ist schön, könnte aber insgesamt noch hochwertiger und durchdachter gestaltet sein, um dem restlichen Hotel gerecht zu werden.
