Pros:

Very nice stay, clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast. Finally, a breakfast with sugar-free syrup for waffles. We will definitely make this one of our stops.

I like that you accept cats and charge a fair price. Also comfortable bed. Staff was very polite.

Cons:

Upon check in we learned the elevator and hot tub were out of order. No king beds left on 2nd floor so went to 3rd. Head to room only to discover there was already someone in it! Went back down to get a different room then back up to third floor. Could not connect to internet. So much dust on the clock I’m surprised it worked. A bit of a disappointing visit.

The staff was incredible. They were quick to clean up a spill, very polite, and showed strong work ethics. The pool was a good temperature.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work and on the last night the elevator didn't work. The pillows were very firm. The key card would stop working often even without it touching the phone or credit cards.

It was good, but would have been great if all amenities were available.

We found out when we got there that the hot tub was out of service, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Bed was hard,shower had no pressure.There bodywash and shampoo bottles was empty and no kleen xays.The main reason for stay there was the hot tub and it was drained.When we arrived staff wasnt pleasant and and when we checked out same lady as when we checked in was complaining about her life instead of checking us out.Defintly wouldn"t recommend to anyone period...Hate i waisted that money!!!!
