Staff wasn't very professional, mosquitos around the pool, found human hair in the food.
Everything from front desk to room service was just outstanding! It is conveniently located near the airport. At the front desk all the employees were exceptionally professional but one person went above and beyond; Muhib. My kudos to him and all the employees at the Radisson Blu. I will be back many times for sure.

Brilliant place to stay, about fifteen minutes from airport after long flight. Rooms great, restaurants great, facilities great. The only downside that it is rather remote on the road from airport and if one wants to dine out, its a taxi ride, but as a pensioner, suits one hundred percent

Wonderful people makes everything wonderful and it have been standard for this hotel. Manager Farhana and her front desk staff members have been extremely courteous and demonstrated outstanding professionalism towards their guests. It’s not only me, but most of the guests have same warm feelings and receive top quality hospitality from everyone.
Manager, chef and everyone in cafeteria (lobby restaurant), always have provided exceptional services and exceeded expectations for me as well as other guests.
One small suggestion for main entrance security staff. I suggest administrators must keep an eye on them. They demonstrated some laziness and slow. Also sometimes they have been asking for tips to the walking customers and car passengers. I think proper training and discipline can improve their productivity and behaviors.
Wonderful people makes my trip excellent experience. Duty manager and her staff members are amazing. They makes my check in, hotel stays and check out all the steps very easy and quick.
The staff at the hotel is second to none! Though most restaurants were closed, the main restaurant was quite good.
The price for a glass of wine was outrageous! With tax $30 US.

Very pleasant stay. Have stayed here before; noticed some nice upgrades to the room. Helpfully met at international terminal by Mr Shohid; all staff courteous & helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Had good internet connectivity. Mr. Walid welcomed me.
Water scarcity is real and very poor food quality
The service here was amazing, from drivers to front reception. Took good care of me and parents. Would definitely recommend.
