An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Salzburg!
From the moment we arrived at Hotel Goldgasse, everything exceeded our expectations! The warm welcome and exceptional service from the reception staff immediately made us feel valued and well taken care of.
The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Salzburg, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with wonderful attention to detail.
The food was excellent, and the level of hospitality throughout our stay was truly outstanding. Every aspect of our experience, from the service and cleanliness to the location and dining, was exceptional.
Hotel Goldgasse is a perfect example of how genuine hospitality and attention to detail can make a stay truly memorable.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. A well-deserved five stars!

Do not drive to this location. It is in Old Town, down an “alley way” — once there it is amazing.

Ideal location, too notice service, high quality restaurant, sophisticated decor, up scale furnishings and fixtures, historical building and street, adorable owner, and comfortable room. Probably my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe!

Es war alles in Ordnung
Unique large comfortable room with funky, fun design and furnishings. Amazing breakfast with eggs cooked to order. The location was in the heart of Old Town, yet extremely quiet at night. The manager/hostess Ulrike was fun, funny and delightful. Sparkling wine upon arrival!
There was nothing we didn’t like! I might suggest adding a hair dryer with a diffuser for curly hair. 👩🦱

Very small room. Equipped from IKEA. Did not feel like luxury hotel I was expecting from the 4.6 reviews.
The location was perfect. You can walk to everything you need to go to. It’s cute and it gives you a feeling no other chain hotel could give you. Very personal experience. Ulrika at the front desk made the stay extra special.

O restaurante do hotel muito bom e agradável. Banheiro com bom chuveiro.
O quarto tem piso de madeira que necessita de manutenção. Quarto simples e sem decoração especial. Travesseiros inadequados. O hotel não tem estacionamento, parei no estacionamento público que fica exatos 10 minutos de caminhada. Mas não foi grande problema caminhar com as malas. Resumindo achei um valor alto pela estrutura oferecida, talvez por eu ter ido durante o período de festival de ópera em agosto
