Un hotel que te da mucho más de lo que pagas, un servicio excelente…! Muy recomendado
Great hotel. They’re really trying to please.
Perfect location a few blocks from the central square. The rooms are a bit "old" but we appreciated the heating.
Great breakfast at the top floor with view over the Titicaca lake.
The staff were friendly and the location is well situated just near the main square and the main shopping area. Breakfast buffet was good located on the top floor with views of the city and there is an amazing spiral staircase through the hotel. The only downside is our room was street facing and a bit noisy but that is all part of city life and the hustle and bustle and did not stop us from having a comfortable sleep. We stayed for two nights as part of our Exoticca tour of Peru. Puno itself was not for us, it had a slightly unnerving vibe and we didn't feel overly comfortable walking the streets. The highlight was of course the trip to Uros, Lake Titicaca - which was everything and more.
Close to all attractions and shopping
Located in center of town. Reception is fine, but rooms had to be heated with 2 extra electrical heaters. So first second nigth the temperature was ok.
Bathroom also cold. Breakfast buffet style and not special good but otherwise ok. Next time we will try to find a more expensive hotel.
An elegant hotel thats comparable to one in Manhattan, NY, at an affordable price. The interior is just as well maintained and within 7 minutes walk from Puno's bus terminal for those visiting Lake TitiCaca.
We (2 Canadian friends) enjoyed our 2-night-stay in Puno that was booked through Exoticca. Reception booked us a very reasonable priced 4-hour-boat-tour to the Iros floating islands which we really enjoyed!
The beautiful main square is a few blocks away with a very good restaurant, Mojsa, that was recommended by reception.
The room was comfortable with a balcony and windows that opened over the street.
On departure day, we were picked up early before breakfast, so a bagged breakfast was prepared for us - requested the previous night. (Quinoa breakfast bar, fruit, juice box) The restaurant dinner food was very good. Breakfast buffet was okay....standard Peruvian.
I would recommend staying here.
The hotel staffs are exceptional. They helped us with arranging our tours, our transportation, and they even arrange an early breakfast because our departure time is earlier than the breakfast serving time. Everything they did made us feel like home.
Central and affordable but had some sewage issues when we stayed there.
Beautiful setting and lovely garden wonderful recharge from endless walks that Arequipa inspires. Short walk from historic center.
The reception desk was helpful. They also have oxygen if you need it.
The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and shopping . There was a window that opened, so we could have fresh air. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was an elevator.
The staff at this hotel are one of the nicest teams I have ever come across. The daily smiles from them are genuine. They make you feel wanted. The cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast marvellous. Please make this your hotel before any others.
Lupe and Angelina and the rest of the staff were very nice.
Stayed here on three separate occasions and found the hotel staff very helpful, its close location to the Centro, good quality breakfast, bag storage facilities and double glazing to be an excellent value for money hotel.
From this hotel in Puno went and stayed on floating islands, returned, then went to Copacabana, returned, then took transfer to Juliaca airport.
Vamos muito bem recebidos nesse hotel, em Puno. Os quartos são grandes e comportam bem uma familia de 4 pessoas. O hotel é bem localizado no centro da cidade, sendo necessário andar algumas quadras até o porto no lago Titicaca
I chose the Hotel Hacienda Puno Centro Historico based on the location in Puno and the price and it was a great little place to stay for three nights.
The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main square.
The room was fine with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and the breakfast was ok too.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful and given the location and price the hotel made for a good base.
The hotel is 1 block away from central plaza. A lot of restaurants and tour guide places around. The area around it is not loud so you will be able to rest.
The good stuff first: really good location right near main plaza and 5 minutes from lake. Room was warm once the heater got going. Not so good: room and public areas a bit tired, dark and depressing, old worn furniture/carpets etc, but the very worst thing was the vile stench coming up from either the drains or sewars, it made me feel sick and had to wear my face mask to try to block it out, wasn’t present all the time but when it was it was absolutely horrendous.
