Overall, a strong hospitality experience with excellent service.
Pros:

The level of attentiveness from all staff was exceptional. The hospitality standards are very high and you can genuinely feel the effort and care put into guest experience across all departments. The whole team is professional, responsive and welcoming, which truly reflects the Four Seasons brand.

Cons:

There was some noticeable noise and communication between staff in the corridors, which slightly impacted the calm atmosphere expected at this level. This was noted and received positively by the duty manager during checkout, which I very much appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay overall, though the food could be improved.
Pros:

Spacious room with a nice terrace. Cheerful and helpful staff. They provided my daughter with a complimentary PS5 in the room during our stay, which made her very happy. Good location. The hotel is connected to a large, modern shopping mall. Fresca cafe and restaurant is also nice.

Cons:

The in-room dining experience was very disappointing, the worst food we’ve had in a long time. I was not expecting this from a five-star hotel like the Four Seasons.

Séjour de luxe dans un magnifique Four Seasons. Pour 1 prix très abordable.
Pros:

Superbe Four Seasons. Grand luxe . Très beau et très agréable. Superbe petit déjeuner. Et très chouette restaurant Frisco. Très très propre.

Cons:

Toutes les parties communes de l’hôtel sont frigorifiques. Incompréhensible. Personne ne peut apprécier cette température. Il ne faisait pas chaud du tout à l’extérieur ( mars) donc aucune raison de mettre la climatisation à fond.

The perfect hotel in Alexandria
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay. The decorations in the building are very impressive. The personnel treats you like family from the first second you enter. All services work very efficiently. The room, facing the sea, was extremely beautiful.
We visited Italian and Arabesque restaurants. Both of them with delicious food.
In the Arabesque we received a special attention from Yousef. He made the dinner very special, giving us the opportunity to taste Egyptian food and drinks.
The hotel is together with shopping mall as well. We requested transportation services, also perfect.
We are so happy, and we recommend to everybody.
We appreciate a lot the kindness of everybody, specially Sofia, working in breakfast restaurant
